“Begg shoes have a superb range to suit all ages, sizes and tastes. Ordering online was easy. The hardest part is deciding what to buy as there is so much choice. Each shoe has information in the details regarding sizes and fits. My order arrived quickly and was well packed. It included information regarding my order and returns. There was a handwritten personal note thanking me for my order which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately I had to return some items as they didn't fit as well as I had hoped. The returns process was very straightforward to follow and my refund was dealt with promptly. I did keep shoes and the matching bag which are beautiful, comfortable and ideal for my niece's wedding this year. Thank you Begg shoes!!”

“The thing I love about Beggs is the range. I went in to get my husband a pair of slippers and said, "Could I see all the men's slippers you have in blue and a size 11 please?", thinking they'd have about 3 pairs (it was beginning of January when stocks are low everywhere). And the Assistant came staggering out of the stock room 5 minutes later hidden behind a tower of about 10 boxes! I felt really guilty. Beggs hits the sweet spot between high Street and online shopping - ordinary sized shoe shops with a huge range!”

“I have purchased from Begg Shoes, both instore (Perth) and online. Both experiences were exceptionally good, with excellent customer care and personalised service. Warm friendly service from Kim instore, resulting in purchase of black Muskro ankle boots. So pleased with comfort and quality, I purchased a further pair in brown, online. These were dispatched by Jen, who included a handwritten note. At the same time I purchased a pair of lovely Carmen Khaki Espadrilles, which were dispatched by Rachel, again with a hand written note. Such a special touch! My purchases arrived very promptly and included everything needed for returns, if need be. Can't imagine ever needing to do this, with such positive experiences to date! Thank You Marlene”

“Good company to deal with. See my review on Trust pilot. Ordered a pair of sketchers Arch Fit trainers, they are still on "probation". I am suffering with plantar fasciitis at present so need lots of arch support. Thinking they wiil be lots better once my foot improves.”

“Peterhead shop didn't have to colour of boots I wanted. Shop assistant very helpful and ordered me a pair. 2 days later boots arrived with hand written note hoping I was happy with them. Which I thought was a very nice touch. No extra cost to get boots delivered. My sister was with me and also ordered boots. All in all very happy with service”

“I ordered a pair of black Legera boots. They were not cheap, but beautifully made and Gortex. They arrived about a week after being ordered. They were beautifully packed with instructions should I wish to return them. My last pair lasted over two years and were worn all winter. Many thanks.”
