“I ordered through Amazon but the shoes were out of stock. Got a lovely phone call from a lady at Begg Shoes to tell me this personally. I then went to your website and ordered another colour and received them within 2 days. Absolutely delighted with the fast, friendly service. Thank you, will definitely be using your shop again.”
