“The shoes are too wide for me and I do not like the shiny leather it is too hard.I would like to return them and purchase a white leather pair instead. How do I do that? Help would be appreciated.”

“A very good customer service . Perfect in fact. The shoes were delivered on time however unfortunately the size was not suitable. Not the fault of BEGG SHOES of course. Having contacted customer service via email the response was swift. An immediate refund on receipt of return. All in all a very pleasant experience made even more amazing as this company is based in LERWICK as far from my domicile in Southern England as possible!! Will be purchasing again from this fantastic company!!”

“From ordering to delivery was just perfect & on receipt of my gorgeous Reiker sandals, it was just lovely to find enclosed the box a handwritten note thanking me for my order for me, those little touches shows a Firm cares about their Customers. They were packaged safely & i am looking forward to wearing my lovely sandals with some pretty tea dresses which will match perfectly with them over the hopefully sunny Summer months. I will certainly order from this Family Business again.”
