“I am very pleased with the service I received recently from Begg Shoes. I got their phone number of the internet and then phoned to order my shoes and paid over the phone with my Credit card. The delivery by Royal Mail was also good. Thank you”

“I paid for next day delivery as I wanted the shoes for a wedding 4 days later. The shoes did not arrive. After contacting the team I was informed they had gone to the wrong customer. A computer refund would be made, or they could send another pair. As it would be to late I purchased another pair of shoes locally and requested a refund. Several days later a pair of shoes arrived. I then had to take time out to return them. Tracking the shipment I saw them arrive in the store but still no refund and have emailed to see when this will be processed. So very disappointed that I’m still having to chase a refund and the shoes did not arrive in time.”
