“Ordered a pair of sandals from Begg recently. I received them after 3 days, with a wee note of thanks and return instructions with a label if required. I love the sandals so I am keeping them, but love how straightforward it would have been to reurn tbem if necessary. Will definately order from Beggs again. Thank you”

“The service was excellent. The shoes were lovely and good quality, I adored them, but they were far too narrow for my feet, so I sadly had to return them. I am just waiting for my refund.”

“Such excellent service. Quick delivery! And a personal note from Danielle! What more could a 78 year old woman need at this time of life! I look forward to wearing my new sandals at a wedding shortly. Many thanks from North Wales. Sandra Fraser”

Hello Simon Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry these boots weren't suitable for you. I hope all other aspects of our service have been worthy of a 5-star review, but please do let me know if there is anything else we can do to improve our service. Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes

“This was my 2nd online purchase from Begg and again the service was exemplary. The first time the company rang me because the shoes I ordered had a slight mark and they even sent photos and offered a discount! 2nd purchase just a week ago sketchers trainers and again arrived so quickly. Also in both cases a handwritten note was enclosed hoping I enjoyed my purchases, which of course I do. Thank you for your customer service many companies could learn from you.”
