“I ordered some trainers which I found difficult to get on and off, and there was no problem in sending them back and replacing them with a different pair which had a zip fastening to make it easier to put them on. It was very quick and easy to speak to someone on the phone and the assistant I spoke to was very helpful. Such a nice change to get good customer service these days. I have bought shoes from Beggs in the past and will certainly do so again. Well done Beggs!”

Hello Mary Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry that your new sandals are not to your liking. The brand name Earth Spirit has been discontinued in the UK. Its tried and tested range of products has been rebranded under a new name, Free Spirit. Free Spirit offers the same designs, fitting and materials meaning they offer a near-identical substitute. Earth Spirit shoes are no longer made, however, under the new brand name Free Spirit, their shoes are for all intents and purposes the same. Customer feedback has been generally positive about the rebranded products on offer, although the change in branding has caused considerable confusion. Customers have found it very hard to tell the difference between the rebranded products, which are now available in more styles and colours than ever before. This information is detailed on our website and across all Free Spirit products. I am sorry that these sandals are not to your liking. If they are not suitable and they are unworn in their original packaging, you are most welcome to return them to us for a refund following our returns policy. Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes

“Had been looking for a specific pair of reiker boots to replace my old ones, many stores sold them at about £20 more than Begg shoes. They arrived really quickly too with a hand written thank you note, will definitely use again 😊”

“I ordered my fabulous Fly London boots from Australia. The process was simple, the package arrived astonishingly quickly (I'm still waiting on something only coming from NZ!), and the boots are the most luscious purple ready to be worn when summer fades. I couldn't be happier. And I love supporting small, family run businesses.”

“My mother wanted a new pair of slippers and as you have the best range to view we paid a visit to your Elgin shop. She was spoilt for choice. She finally chose a two-tone pair of Padders. A young lady who helped was very pleasant and friendly. When I told her my mother was 94 she was taken aback.She loved her visit and new slippers.”

“Excellent service and thanks for having my item in stock! Such a difficult ask at this time of year . Was a Christmas present that I couldn’t get anywhere else for a reasonable price that I found late n Christmas Eve. I wasn’t expecting shipment til the New Year but my goods were shipped straight after Christmas and arrived before New Year had begun. Impressively packed too .. thanks Begg Shoes .. you are certainly on my radar for anything in the future.”
