“I was looking for a pair of Fushia coloured shoes for a wedding, and saw on line that they had a pair in beggs in Inverurie we live in Aberdeen, when we went to the shop they only had the shoe in blue, the very helpful assistant looked them up for me in another beggs shop, they were in stock in Inverness they were then sent to my home address, it was a Saturday and very busy, but the sales assistant still took the time to help me out, great customer service, and I am delighted with the shoes .”

“Hv just worn boots for 1st time - walking dog , rain, soggy wet grass - can't beleive their so light & comfortable. Nice dry feet & socks ! right calf slightly tight at top - hv slightly swoolen leg - hoping it will stretch a little with wear. Many thanks, Eileen Selley”

“Staff very informative and helpful. Went in for a particular type of shoe. You did not have any suitable for me but did get good advice from a lovely lady. I then got exactly what I wanted from one of your other branches by post. Loved the personal note included in the parcel.!”

“Went to collect the shoes I ordered and both ladies were busy which is good for a local business. I was acknowledged immediately. I was not in a hurry so happy to wait. The staff at all times made sure everyone was being attended to at all times . I felt very valued as a customer. There was a lovely, friendly atmosphere in the store and noticed many customers were regulars as they were part of the rewards scheme. Well done Beggs.”

“I’d recommend Begg Shoes. The range was great, and the ordering process simple and straightforward. The order arrived on time, goods were just as described and there was a lovely hand written note in the box, which was a great touch.
