“The shoes are comfortable, i have liked using them; however when it comes to ordering in a shop on the tablet which is different than actual shopping. The picture of the trainers might not be entirely clear and then a different reaction slightly when they arrive to your home address. I found this with these trainers on which j ordered in the shop; although i am wearing them since then.”

“Thank you for your great service. Because you didn’t have my colour choice of shoes in correct size, your friendly & helpful asssistant in Inverness shop ordered them for me. They arrived within 3 days from your Shetland shop with a very nice note from shop assistant there. Jean Ford”

“I had to return a pair of slippers that didn't quite meet my needs. There was no quibble and I arranged for a different pair. They weren't in stock at my local store (Elgin) so they were ordered for me. They arrived within the timescale that I was advised of. They are perfect and just as importantly the staff were excellent. Great customer service. Your product and staff are a credit to you🙂”

“I ordered slippers which were in stock. Paid for them and received a email to confirm the purchase. Then received a email to say they were not in stock anymore. I wanted the beige ones and had to except another colour due to near Christmas. I am still fuming as she wanted the beige ones . Be very careful as they don't have things is stock as they say. James”

Hi James Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the stock error on this occasion. Unfortunately, due to a system discrepancy, the original colour you ordered became unavailable after your purchase was confirmed. As soon as this came to our attention, we contacted you straight away to explain the situation and offered an alternative colour, which we’re glad we were able to dispatch in time for Christmas delivery. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially at such a busy time of year, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Your comments have been noted and will help us improve our stock accuracy going forward. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes

“Fabulous quality footwear and excellent friendly service. I saw a pair of purple boots in the shop but decided not to buy them then. When I got home, I changed my mind and ordered them online a couple of days before Christmas. They arrived next day with a lovely personal message. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks.”
