“Popped into store and got some fab boots in the sale, very comfortable. There was another pair I also liked (also in the sale) but my side wasn’t in stock, in store . The sales assistant was fantastic, got them ordered online for me there and then to be delivered to my house. I went out for lunch right after, my food hadn’t even arrived when I got a ‘dispatched’ email. Can’t ask for better service than that!”

“I always shop at Begg shoes as I know I will always find what I'm looking for and the assistants are so helpful. I sometimes shop online and am always pleased with their service. It's also great to receive a reward for shopping there.”

“I was looking for some designer slippers that a relative wanted for Christmas. I couldn't find them anywhere until I happened upon Beggs. They could have not been more helpful. Getting the shoes delivered to my local store for pickup and cancelling the Royal Mail delivery that probably wouldn't have arrived in time. Will use again!!”

“So nice to wear shoes that do not bulge at the sides because they are not wide enough. This was my FIRST experienc in a BEGG shoe shop, but it will not be my last, now that I know they are in KIRKWALL as well as INVERNESS, (I live in Thurso and we have no shoe shops anymore) and the staff in KIRKWALL were lovely, especially Mal who served me. She was very patient and attentive. WELL DONE BEGG.”
