“LOVE the beautifully made and presented boots. Sadly they do not suit my arthritic feet.”

“I rang customer services as our order was taking a little longer than anticipated, for good reason, the post was halted in Scotland due to extreme weather conditions, they were extremely apologetic and made enquires with Royal Mail AND came back to me with an update. The shoes arrived two days later ( there had been a thaw) and my son is delighted with both the quality and comfort of the shoes. I will definitely buy from Begg again. Thank you.”

“Excellent choice and assistance from Jen in Inverness. Essential to have a 'try on' facility for shoes but Beggs also a full range of makes and sizes to choose from internet which can quickly be sourced and tried at shop so no sending back hassle. Best of both worlds! And a loyalty discount. What's not to like”
