“Ordered a Manchester advent calendar for my partner. Delivery process was v. quick and excellent but the delivered product didn't match what was listed on the website (several discrepancies in the beer list and the glass wasn't a Cloudwater one). Wouldn't have minded so much if had received any notification of stock issues etc., which I could have understood at that time of year, but that was not the case. I contacted the customer service team about this in December but they have not replied.”

“Selections of beer ordered for my husband's birthday were great and well presented. However, they were a birthday surprise. I had checked the box for delivery on 5th April - came much earlier!! May be worth considering a way to deal with this in future. Overall, great.”

“I ordered a box of ales for my dad as a Christmas present. The box turned up but no free beerhunter glass was included. I was upset about this and contacted the company and in the end, one of their team came all the way to my house on a Sunday to drop off the missing glass. Thank you for doing that.”

Hello, Thank you for your review, I understand the frustration of not receiving the glass within your order. One of our staff members took the call Saturday morning but as this was the weekend before Christmas we were unable to ship this to you in time so decided to driver over the hand deliver the missing item. I hope that the service we provided makes up for the original upset. Thanks

“Disapointed that the real ale advent calendar I purchased came damaged with alot of the doors already open. Not a cheap gift either. I expected it to come in a much better condition.”

All products leave here in perfect condition and we are unfortunately at the mercy of the courier to deliver these in good condition, by way of an apology I will post out to you a gift voucher that you can use against any future orders you may want to place.
