“I order this in advance of my Dad's birthday and was surprised to find that it had been delivered. Apparently it was a technical hitch. I ordered 2 crates of beer which arrived in 1 box. This was too big for my old dada to handle and so had to live in the hallway.”

Hi, I understand you have already been in contact with Customer Services, your order was despatched on time and the courier failed to notify you that it had arrived, sorry for your disappointment with this, I can put in a complaint with them. With regards to the beer being in one box, we usually send these in one box to keep our customers prices to a minimum. Two carriage charges would have to be paid if two boxes are required as we have to pass our carriage charges onto our customers. We really hope your Dad enjoys his beers. Kind regards, Sue
