“Ordered a Oktoberfest mixed case and arrived within 2 days of ordering! Well packaged. Ordered six additional beers also. There was a discrepancy about bottle size but was promptly given a refund as bottle size was smaller.”

“I ordered the Oktoberfest pack to have a tiny Oktoberfest celebration with my German friend (before the new lockdown restrictions came into place, obviously). It was a total surprise to said German! The beers and the stein arrived very quickly, very well packed and therefore in perfect condition. The German was very impressed with the selection of beers. Thank you Beerhunter!”

“What a fantastic family run business! You cannot fault the products or the customer service!!! My delivery was late, when I contacted them, we found out that it was the currier at fault! Beer hunter insisted that they refund the postal costs. In my opinion, above and beyond. Thank you Beer Hunter. I will be back !”

“Disappointing they couldn’t get their beer here before last weekend as I did pay for next day. Missed the cut off time on opening web page. Once the cut off time has gone you shouldn’t be given that option when you get to checkout. As my work do... Couldn’t refund the cost which I felt was wrong and this was made quite bluntly. Thought they’re could of been some leeway for a new customer...Then you get an e-mail saying we’ll put some goodies in the box to compensate the misunderstanding. Nothing received in the box. Think I’ll be sticking with my normal beer supplier going forward.”
