Disappointed, as order was never dispatched. Had to chase for an update and was promised the order would be dispatched straight away but this was incorrect. Company then blamed a glitch in the system. Didn’t ring back when they said they would and took a long time to respond by email to resolve the refund.

Hi Sharon I am sorry you have had to give us this feed back. I have logged a call to find out what has happened with your order as we can still not access this on our system. This is the reason the order was never delivered. I did try to resolve this as quickly as possible once this has been brought to our attention. Sorry for the inconvenience Paula

They stocked what I was looking for. I did click and collect thinking it was local ,when it was from their warehouse . So i needed to pay for delivery...Called them and they sorted my problem straight away with no hassle. Very happy with my purchase . It was wrapped well.

Last year I ordered with Beer Hunter, with no issues. This year I had to chase up a delivery which was late.. to find out that it was 'lost' with their courier. I fear that had I not chased this up, I would have not received my order at all. It would be useful to be more shipping details on the order status, which I was actively checking with no updates. After emailing Beer Hunter, I had no prompt reply, so I took to Facebook. They were most helpful on this platform, my order issues were swiftly resolved and it arrived before Christmas. Despite this, I would definitely recommend Beer Hunter for their range of goods that are hard to find elsewhere. I think the order errors were not down to Beer Hunter themselves, but more could be done to reassure the customer as to the status of their order. Thanks!

Ordered gin and Manchester beers as Christmas presents. Only received the gin. Was told I would get the Manchester beers Christmas Eve as they had ran out of stock even though the website said they were in stock. It’s now 30th of December... still no delivery

First time ordering. Good service. Very helpful staff . Only problem I had was leffe beer pack I ordered and was advertise wasn't the one I received. Advertised as two glasses but only had the one..having said that I will use them again.

The 10 German beers were bought for a Christmas present for my dad, they were delivered on time well packaged and were a good selection of beers very happy and would definitely order again.

The order took over 7 days to ship, however when I contacted customer services they were quick to reply and able to find my order and sort the issue. My order was sent out the next day.

A little disappointed as the the wrong glass was in the box. Not the glass I chose, but too late to send it back to get a replacement in time for Xmas present.

Very poor customer service. Ordered product on 26 Nov, should have arrived in 3 to 5 working days. Hadn"t arrived after a week. Had to chase order on three separate further occasions. Order eventually arrived after two and a half weeks. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that the item that arrived wasn't what I ordered. Not sure I can take the hassle of getting the order corrected. Based on previous experience that could take a month, I'd avoid purchasing from this company, especially if you want your gift for a specific date.

Only received one of my items I ordered then struggled to get a hold of them to see where the rest of my order was and when it finally got sent out there was still something missing and the box was all bursted open I won’t be using this site again

The calendar itself is great. The service has been awful. I ordered the calendar on the 19th of November and finally received it on the 5th of December, great for an advent calendar. Communication with the company has been really bad, I had no explanation why the order wasn't originally sent out, one of my emails apparently went to a spam account which is why it was delayed again. The order then still wasn't received so I called and was advised it had been damaged by parcel force and returned to the warehouse and a replacement would be sent. I was also told some extras would be included for the continuing delays. The order finally arrived (another day later that it was promised!) and no extras were included. I called again and was advised that these had been sent separately as couldnt fit in the box. To my utter lack of surprise this has never arrived and my subsequent emails have had no response. I would absolutely not recommend ordering from here as the service has been so poor.

Never trust or use this company EVER! Wanted to support a local company and local breweries and ordered a Manchester Beer Advent Calendar for my parents. PayPal money taken, no order/delivery over a week after the money taken. Chased up shipped one out. Just followed up with my parents on how they are getting on and said “There have been a few BrewDog beers in it”. Basically they take the money, don’t ship and then when they do ship the wrong beers. NEVER EVER USE OR TRUST.
