The product was as described but service is poor! Got a delivery date which came and went but customer services are only part time (only available until 2:30pm!) so take an age to respond. I got fobbed off in the response with another fake delivery date and no help. Eventually got delivered over the 3-5 working days stated on the website. Due to the lateness the gift was of no use to me so have had to return. What a waste of everyone’s time and money. Won’t be using again.

Hi - Thank you for your purchase. I can see the correspondence with Customer Services was over the bank holiday weekend when the office was closed. An email and apology was sent due to a delay in your order being sent. I can see your order was delivered within the 3-5 working days delivery.

Bought a 12 pack of Ayinger Oktoberfest and a 12 pack of Augustinier Edelstoff...The Ayinger was half price and the BBE date was May 2022, that was to be expected given Oktoberfest was a few months ago but the Edelstoff was full price with a BBE June 2022 which was v disappointing...

The advised delivery date was not met due to planned changes to the warehouse system, which I was not forewarned about when ordering, and therefore made a 50th birthday present arrive very late. Very unhappy.

Hi Sally, We apologise for the delay caused to the delivery due to our New Managment System. As a small family run company we needed to make changes to ensure we can always offer the best, the changes made will ensure going forward we can continue to do this. Would never have arrived if I hadn’t phoned to check on the Monday, said 3-4 days when i placed order and took longer, stressful experience as was suppost to arrive on time, had to chase 3 times, only got their in time because I chased, ordered on the wednesday and delivery was following wednesday, was expecting on the monday

Beer was delivered ok, but the message that I requsted to be included was not. Therefore the recipient of the gift had no idea who it came from! Not impressed.

Disappointed it didn't arrive in a gift box. Not able to give in the packaging provided due to their bring 4 slots free. Would look like I'd drank 4 of the bottles

The concept is great, the delivery is terrible. Still waiting. Had 5 attempts grom Hermes last week, the parcel arrived with 2 bars of chocolate, saying sorry order I'd not ready. Its a 60th birthday present 🎁. I'm embarrassed attending a party with no gift.

I found one of my beers had been smashed when opened my parcel. I contacted Beerhunter but have heard nothing. It’s a pity because I liked the idea of getting beer delivered.

Ordered 24 Veltins, poorly packed fortunately only one broke. Not a good way to keep customers this one will be ordering elsewhere.

The product itself was fine but the delivery process was disappointing. Despite paying a large fee for a Saturday delivery so it arrived on my nephews 21st the delivery company attempted to deliver the previous Wednesday. I emailed customer service and they quickly changed the delivery date to the Sat as requested. However when it was delivered the card was not included so rather than being a nice birthday surprise it ended up being an awkward situation as he wasn’t sure who had sent it. They have refunded the cost of the card but generally not impressed.

Tyskie lager was described by you as polish lager with 5.3% alcohol.it was not..it was 5% and brewed in Holland does not taste anything like the genuine Polish brewed lager.other than that good delivery and packaging

Order was over a week late. When it arrived was partially wrong order. Returned and asked for replacement beers. Right ones finally arrived but late yet again. Order placed 11 July and Complete order received 30th July almost 3 weeks later! (Delivery meant to be 3-5 working days) These were supposed to be a gift and missed the window due to poor service. Not impressed, not happy at all!! Had to buy something elsewhere as a gift instead.

Sadly, my order was late. I was told a day or two after my delivery date that they didn't have the beer to fulfill the order! Also, a few of the cans themselves were crushed, but the stein glass on top was in perfect condition... To me, this would indicate that the cans were crushed before they were boxed and shipped? It's sad because the other order I had had from Beer Hunter was pretty good. This, sadly, has left me thinking that I might not bother in future!!

Disappointing, missing 12 of the beers I ordered the 'free' glass turned up with a broken handle, due to the whole order badly packaged. Basic logistic issue in a busy online market, not a chance they'll hold on, if it continues.
