“I ordered a box of beers as a birthday gift. The website said delivery was 5 working days. Unfortunately the delivery wasn't received for 7 working days, so the birthday gift was late.”

Thank you for the review, we are sorry to hear your disappointment with the delivery time, your order was despatched on the 5th working day and delivered on the 6th. We are normally much quicker with our despatch times but we were experiencing high volume of orders at that time.

“Excellent source for speciality beers. Personally I have recently come off gluten as I discovered it was aggravating my asthma and joint pain especially standard ales but Beerhunter have a good selection of gluten free beers so I can now still enjoy a beer.”

“Usually reliable but this time cans were set instead of bottles which I had ordered. Customer Srrvices gave me 10 per cent refund which was okay.”

Thanks for the review David, sorry you were disappointed with the substitution, we would usually try and contact the customer before despatch for approval but it isn't always posible when we are busy packing orders to get out of the door. We hope you enjoy the beer 😊🍻

“I ordered several cases of beer for a party. The choice of beers is good and fairly priced, and all are quality beers. The beers speak for themselves. One case was damaged in transit by the courier and the matter was resolved immediately by customer services. I was impressed by the ease to resolve the problem.”

“My first order with Beerhunter, and although sadly(!) - the beer I wanted wasnt in stock, they were on to this stariaght away, keeping me informed throughout the process and, in fact, the order still arrived very quickly, in spite of that - and also the Bank Holiday in between. Great communication and service, with class packaging too! Oh, and the beer? Wonderful! So many beers to choose from, but I'll be back again...”
