I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and was sent the incorrect order with a completely different beer. Having made the customer service team aware they quickly arranged for DPD to collect the incorrect order from my house practically the next day. However, although I was informed I'd receive my correct order ASAP it has still not arrived over a week since making you aware. This is really disappointing and I'd have expected you to prioritise fulfilling my order promptly given how quick you arranged to collect from me. The correct order link still shows Hermes as waiting to receive this from beerhunter since a link was sent to me 5 days ago.

Ordered 4 cases of beer from here for 1 week later to receive 1 case! After spending over an hour contacting DPD thinking it was a delivery issue to then later find out it was beerhunter only sending 1 case even tho I had paid for 4 and was still plenty left in stock at this time! By the time they got back to me to tell me that the beers I had ordered had now sold out and they did not know when they would get them back in so they would just refund me for the 3 cases I never received which is fair enough but offered no compensation for my time wasted and the fact that I had bought these as gifts for Christmas and literally can’t get them anywhere now! Unbelievably poor service!

poor delivery, didn't check order address so ended up in the wrong place and then charged me for the mistake.

Hi Andrew - I can see Customer services have been in contact with you regarding your order. Once a postcode is entered on our website it brings up the address to send to. We send to this address - if it is entered incorrectly at time of ordering this is out of our control. Confirmation emails and texts are sent once the order has been placed and when the order has been dispatched.

When I opened the Beer Bottle I found rust on the beer bottle crown.

Order BH10017725 Ordered 12 pack of wheat beer on 29th Sep 2021. Its 11th Oct 2021 and despite numerous emails saying my order is being delivered, it has not yet arrived. So, would I recommend Beer Hunter? What do you think. Next stage is a chargeback on my credit card for goods not received.

The beers were well packaged and look fine and have generous use by dates however, they were delivered to a chap with a similar name to me, two or three doors along from me despite my name and address being clearly on the box. Fortunately, the chap was honest and I got the beers but I don't want to be bothering neighbours with beer deliveries so unfortunately, I will not order again.

Good Morning, I do apologies however once the order leaves our door all our trust is placed in the couriers hands unfortunately errors can happen. The most horrendous experience. Paid over £70 for 30 cans of lager. Told categorically they would be delivered Monday 2nd August in time for surprise birthday party. It’s now 6.30pm on Wednesday 4th April and no delivery, no failed delivery notice (people were in house all day), no email to confirm no nothing. Rubbish service paid good money for no goods. Next stop trading standards

I ordered my products however DPD could not be bothered to make the effort to deliver my beers and they sent my items back to Beerhunter!

A bluddy nightmare keeps promising me next day then the next day still no beers told me it was with DPD thay say got paper work but no beers so how can thay dlivery what thay haven’t got 😡😡😡😡😡

So, firstly, 'next day delivery' payments are accepted even if you order at the weekend and will not get next day delivery (I didn't notice a warning anywhere about no weekend delivery and is why I chose Beerhunter as I wanted next day delivery on the Sunday). The delivery was then scheduled for Tuesday but then I received a text to say that delivery would be the following week, then a message on that same day to say that courier had already tried to deliver twice but recipient was not in (even though safe place nominated). Eventually turned out that the item had actually been damaged in transit and was being returned. Asked for a refund - seems this has now been actioned a week on...

Good Morning, Im sorry to read there was an issue with your order. Our website does clearly advertise 'Next Working Day' on the main page and again at checkout - sorry to hear you missed it. I can see that Customer Services contacted you to advise your order was being returned to sender, and to ask how you would like us to proceed, we did this as quickly as we could to enable another order to be sent should you have required this. A refund was requested and actioned immediately.

My beers were sent to the wrong address (I wrote the wrong postcode so my bad) so BeerHunter washed their hands of the issue so couldn’t get my £50 worth of beers. Not good

Good Morning, I am sorry to hear there was a delivery issue. I can see the communication between yourself and customer services. As mentioned the delivery was made to the address within the order placed by yourself. I can see the contact details for the courier have been given to you to arrange for redelivery to the correct address.

I've got to say the option was next day delivery and yet it took 3 weeks to get to me with no communication in between. I had written it off and thought it was maybe a scam.

My wife ordered me a box of chimay at £50 which the company say was delivered, but we did not receive it. This company have decided just to close the claim without any real help to resolve the issue. we have no way of finding out what has actually happened to the goods. now we are £50 down with no goods and no way of solving this problem as they are denying responsibility. There is no way i will be buying from this company again, absolute scam.

Hi Nicola I am sorry you are experiencing a delay, i can see on the delivery history a couple of attempts were made. As no one was home it was returned to sender. I know DPD contact the number and email address added in the order. Customer Services have also tried to contact you on a number of occasions and are waiting to hear back from you.

Don't advertise what you don't have. It wastes the customers time and yours. It took two days from point of order to advise you had no stock. You get one star for reimbursement promptly. It is difficult to have a German themed evening without German beer.

They failed to deliver the correct glass and the replacement was not of the same standard or type. There was no communication before I asked and Beer Hunter were clearly keen to ignore the issue. This was made clear when they refused to do anything about it. Yet another beer delivery company who care little about fulfilling the order you place - my advice is to shop elsewhere!
