Sorry 😔 I ordered a 12 pack of Belgian beers. They only sent me 8. That was over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for them to correct the mistake.

My order still hasn’t arrived, being over a week late meaning that I have missed both birthdays that the delivery was intended for. I have no expected date of when the order should arrive. I will not be using beer hunter again.

Ordered 24 beers. One bottle arrived smashed. DPD delivery man acknowledged this and took photo. I also took photo and sent to Beer Hunter. They say they need photo of box too, but I threw it out as drenched in beer and had shards of glass in it. They are being so petty over less than £3. Unbelievably bad customer care in my view. Poor packaging too.

Order delivered to wrong address and very disappointing customer service. I will not order from beer hunter again.

Hi, we are sorry to hear this, I can see from the communication that the order was sent to the address added on the order. No change before dispatch has been requested. I can see the issue was through the payment method used. I would go to them direct.

Ordered a box of Belgium beers with 2 beer glasses, beer mats etc. A month before Christmas for my Dad. 1st order was completely wrong, they organised a collection and sent out another order. 2nd order was just a delivery of 2 glasses, emailed again asking where are all the beers and the rest of the order I have paid for ? Again said they will deliver the rest of the items.. Only had 2 glasses to give to my Dad on Christmas Day, 3rd time which is now after Christmas at this point and I am shocked to say it was still the wrong items and not at all what I had purchased. It's such a shame that my order has been completely wrong 3 times and taken over a month, and upsetting that it completely ruined my Christmas gift to my Dad. I have emailed again but I am assuming this issue will keep happening so I have had to give my Dad a box of Ale's(I ordered Belgium Beers case) he doesn't drink or like. False advertisement. Very disappointing.

Ordered on the 16th Dec as the website stated all orders would be delivered in time for Christmas. I needed the leaving present for 31st and was assured it would be delivered. No delivery and the person leaving is off on 31st so no great present to give. Customer services were neither sympathetic nor helpful.

Hi I can see you have been in contact with Customer Services who are working with you to ensure the parcel is delivered. As mentioned an urgent email has been sent to the courier for an update on the delivery. We are working as hard as we can to obtain an update.

Placed my order 4 weeks ago, have not received it, and there's no tracking data with the courier. Have contacted customer services, and received only an automatic reply and another "We have despatched your order" email. Was going to be a Xmas gift.

Ordered 7 days prior to there Christmas cut off line for guaranteed delivery, paid extra for faster delivery, they responded fast to my first message, and claimed my ordered would be dispatched on Thursday and I would receive tracking at 9pm, nothing happened... so i gave them all day Friday, nothing happened, they has still yet 2 reply to 2 different messages, i ordered the beer so i could enjoy some drinks over the xmas period, come tomorrow ill be phoning them up since there not replying to my messages, unprofessional, unreliable, unorganised, poor customer service that misleads you, so far all you have done is take my money and given me absolutely nothing! depending on the outcome tomorrow, ill probably be getting a refund, and i will never use beer hunter again, absolutely shocking.

Hi Candy, we are so sorry that your order was not delivered. We started using a new courier at the beginning of December. I can see your order was lost and Customer Services acted promptly to refund. Thank you again for your patience and understanding

The package arrived on time, however the box was open and when opening the tin items clearly did not fit, it looked as though things had been shoved in there with not a single care; the protective/decorative paper wasn’t even separated properly an easy thing to do. I’ve had to empty the tin and present it my self. And to top it off the tin is dinted on the outside

This is hilarious, I Can’t review the actual glass as the delivery didn’t arrive! Perhaps not even a BeerHunter issue - I think Hermes are having a mare. Hoping for delivery or a refund soon!

Terrible!! Ordered 4 crates and got 1! Then they obviously sold my other 3 that I had purchased as when I tried to get this reserved it was sold out! Terrible

Still haven’t received item after ordering on the 23rd nov, customer service have been good with getting back to me but still no item, and still no update from delivery service, paid £4.95 for delivery between 3-5 days, that clearly has not happened!

Extremely disappointing service. They can't be blamed for Hermes inefficiency but why does it take me to chase the problem before they find out ?
