Ordered a box of Belgium beers with 2 beer glasses, beer mats etc. A month before Christmas for my Dad.
1st order was completely wrong, they organised a collection and sent out another order. 2nd order was just a delivery of 2 glasses, emailed again asking where are all the beers and the rest of the order I have paid for ? Again said they will deliver the rest of the items.. Only had 2 glasses to give to my Dad on Christmas Day, 3rd time which is now after Christmas at this point and I am shocked to say it was still the wrong items and not at all what I had purchased.
It's such a shame that my order has been completely wrong 3 times and taken over a month, and upsetting that it completely ruined my Christmas gift to my Dad.
I have emailed again but I am assuming this issue will keep happening so I have had to give my Dad a box of Ale's(I ordered Belgium Beers case) he doesn't drink or like.
False advertisement. Very disappointing.
