“Great customer service with real people who genuinely care! I rate a company on how it deals with problems. This company has very good customer support when things go wrong even if it wasn't their fault but the fault of the delivery service. As was the case with my recent order. Breakages by the delivery company were replaced and with me within a couple of days. Was all dealt with over the phone the day I reported the problem. Great stuff!”

“I sent this to my brother as a gift for his birthday... I figured if he can't get to the pub on his birthday thanks to lock down, bring the pub to him! He loved it; a great selection of beers for a fair price, well packaged”

“Very poor customer care, the order was shipped partially and I had to phone BH asking where the rest of the order was, at this time BH tell me part of the order is out is stock, I informed BH to replace as instructed, still waiting on the replacement being shipped.”

“I first used this glass in a pub in Dorchester, loved the glass; good quality, strong and comfortable to hold and use. I found them at Beer Hunter; order and delivery was very swift, they arrived in great tone in one piece due to fab packaging .. highly recommend this organisation. “Unfortunately very bad experience. I've ordered Leffe Ruby which was clearly advertised as ''in stock'', got the order confirmation and five days later I've got an email saying that actually they don't have that beer in stock and they will refund me. Luckly I've got the refund.”
