Bed Factory Direct were helpful is issuing a replacement bed once I discovered that the divan I ordered couldn't fit in the house, but they have taken the money for a mattress protector which has not been delivered. Could the money be refunded?

I am happy with the bed, only downside is they didn't send pegs instead of wheels with the bed when I asked them to.

Ordered a bed, was a complete nightmare from start to finish, waited around 3 weeks and after numerous promises that it would be delivered and wasted time waiting around for deliveries to turn up I demanded a refund. No answer from customer services, no response to emails, worst customer service I have ever known.

Hi Mr Udall, your bed frame was actually dispatched the day after your order via one of our carriers Tuffnells. We apologise and will feed this back to our Customer Service Team, find out what went wrong, and make improvements..

There was a problem with one of the female sockets for the allowance of the roller leg, it came away from the base. I had to fit it back into place, it looked to me that the socket base was out of alignment its not perfect. I did read the Terms and Conditions on repairs but with a large unit and especially a bed, I could not see this being returned due to the fact we would have had no bed ,surely in circumstances like this a company repair person would have to be available

The first headboard arrived very quickly in two days on trying to attach the struts the left hand one would not attach properly sent a email straight away and left message on answer machine to sort out a replacement 17 days 6 emails 8 phone calls 2calls of will ring you back in 10 minutes and didn't finally a replacement was delivered and is now fitted I am very happy with the headboard but feel that the customer service was not very good at all

We bought a king size divan storage bed and are very pleased with it. It arrived as promised and two very polite, helpful and efficient delivery men carried it in and located it in the upstairs bedroom as was requested. Putting the bed together was relatively straightforward but the 2 bolts and wingnuts supplied proved to be just too short. This was easily rectified by a visit to my nearby iron monger who fixed me up with 2 slightly longer bolts at minimal cost. The bed is relatively high off the floor but this is good for me and the mattress is nicely firm. Like all new beds it has taken some time to get used to it but we have now settled into it. The storage space is really big and that is a plus point. Overall this "new bed experience", from ease of ordering through delivery to installation has proved to be very positive.

Very good customer service before I ordered the bed. Kept in contact regarding delivery only thing I thought was not very good that there was only 1 driver and unable to help myself up the stairs. But overall very good and would recommend.

Bed delivered as promised. Delivery driver was very helpful. Bed in perfect condition. I am very happy with Bed Factory Direct. Will order again and happy to recommend Bed Factory Direct to family and friends.

Bought a bed a few months ago and it still smells fishy today we have to replace it and have emailed loads of times have tried to phone but have been unable to get through to anyone All of my many emails have gone unanswered i know it was cheap but you dont expect to have to pay for another bed Ms Young
