Dear Mr Mula, As you ordered at 8.52pm on Friday night, your order was not actually dispatched until Monday 4th Dec. We do state on our website that the cut-off for dispatch is 4pm. We display this on our home page, and our product page. Furthermore, our next day delivery explicitly states that it is Mon - Fri and that Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost. We dispatched the order on Monday and it was delivered to you on Tuesday 2.06pm in the afternoon. On this occasion we fulfilled our shipping obligation completely. Dear Mr Talor, Please accept our sincere apologies for this issue. We have spoken to you this morning to get more information and we're know dealing with the issue for you. There was a packing mistake at our end, but also then it appears that your order was damaged in transit and some of the remaining units disappeared. We're dispatching a replacement to you today, and collecting the incorrect items by DPD at a mutually convenient time. This is not representative of the service you should expect from Battery Station. Even with best efforts at this time of year, things do go wrong. I hope we can resolve this for you quickly. Dear Mr Clements, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order. We do not have any records of phone calls in from you and we have checked our phone logs. I'm not sure what has happened there. I have been keeping my eye on this since reading your review. It seems your order has been lost. I am informed you've spoken to Rosie in our customer service department and she's informed you by phone call, that a replacement order is being dispatched to you by DPD Next Day delivery. In the meantime we will be raising an investigation and claim with the courier who lost the item. I'm sure you can imagine, more items go missing at this very busy time of year. I ordered 6 c type aa batteries on 16th November and paid for next day delivery. They were not delivered on 17th and I tried to contact your customer services by phone at 4.50pm but they did not reply even though I hung on till after 5pm. I then contacted you online and received an automated reply saying you normally dealt with enquiries within 24 hours. The batteries came on 18th November. As the week end was on us I was not surprised not to hear from you straight away regarding the late delivery but I have not had a reply although 12 days has elapsed.

Dear Mr Smith, I'm sorry your order didn't arrive on the day you expected. We dispatched the order on 16th November within a few minutes of your ordering. DPD attempted to deliver your order on the 17th November at 11.42am. There was no one available to accept the delivery. We have checked this with DPD and the driver's vehicle and handheld GPS does show him at your delivery address for 2 mins. The package was returned to the depot and sent out for delivery the next day (18th November). They were able to deliver it to you at 2.41pm that day. As we have GPS evidence from DPD that delivery was attempted, we don't consider this to be a late delivery on this occasion. Dear Mr Fitkin, I'm very sorry your order was not delivered. As we advised you, your order was lost with the courier. This is very unusual as you did select guaranteed next day delivery. We have launched a claim with the courier to recuperate this loss. While I know this does not help you, I would like you to know we have taken this matter seriously. All claims with our courier are investigated by them thoroughly. We did offer to re-dispatch the item to you and refund your shipping but as the item requirement was time sensitive, you declined and opted for a refund which was done instantly. Dear Ms Barker, I'm very sorry that the product you ordered was out of stock. The reason this hasn't happened before is that it should not be possible to order items which are out of stock. I'm investigating why this happened. I've spoken to the team and they confirmed they did call you to advise, and offer an alternative which was not acceptable. The product you did order is still not in stock as the supplier was unable to fulfill orders to us. We're expecting stock this week. Dear Mr Riggs, Our cut off time for dispatching an order is 4pm. You placed your order at 10.30pm on Friday night and selected Saturday delivery. There was simply no one in our offices or warehouse at 10.30pm on Friday night. Your order was dispatched on Monday when we opened again. It was then delivered at the next available opportunity. While I understand your frustration, our website does state that orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day. Batteries ordered, the web page stated that these batteries where suitable for a torch, but due to the design the batteries IE the positive end of the battery is flush so, it would not make contact with the negative end of the other battery , spoke to battery station staff, when I mentioned returning them for alternatives, the staff member, then said a technician would get back to me, but this never happened, will not use in the future.

Dear Robin, I think there is some misunderstanding about what this particularly type of battery is used for. You order 18650 batteries, which are unlike standard alkaline batteries. They are a higher 3.7V, and they do not have a tipped terminal on the positive contact, unlike alkaline batteries. Generally speaking, battery enclosures using these type of batteries are not designed so the cells touch each other. They are normally arranged so the cells are next to one another. Furthermore, if you do use these cells in a torch which requires alkaline batteries, it's likely you'll damage it. This particular sort of batteries is used commonly in flashlights, but only those which are designed for it. Generally higher end flashlights. Special chargers are also required for 18650 cells. I have asked our customer service team to reach out to you clarify all this information and make sure you're not using these batteries incorrectly. Order never received and after numerous telephone calls was told it had been delivered but don't know where as we have not had it. I am still waiting after nearly a month!

Dear Ms Casswell, I have reviewed this matter in detail this morning. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I believe you've made 5 calls to us about this and each time we've spoken in some detail about the issue. We've also contacted you on a few occasions. When you first advised us that your order had not been delivered, we immediately tracked your order. The courier we used produced records to show that the order was delivered and signed for on 13th October by someone who wrote their name as 'Reception'. We have contacted the courier numerous times and made them aware that we expect this to be investigated. Each time, they've come back and told us basically that nothing has been done. We are still pursuing them. This morning, before you left this review, we spoke to you once again about this issue, and gave you a full refund. Unfortunately in this situation, it is highly like that someone in your building has mislaid the goods they signed for, or someone there has taken the goods. We are unlikely to be able to reclaim our own lost costs as the courier can provide electronic evidence from tracking the vehicle and handheld device, that the delivery person was there at a given time, and they have a signature to support it. I ordered 3 x Lithium 1616 cell batteries and they were all duds. Not one worked. I called three times to complain and was told three times someone would call me back to resolve the matter, but no one has called. A whole week has now gone by. I will now have to order the batteries again from another supplier, but I still want to arrange a full refund, so I will still continue chasing for the refund. This is a really poor service. Everyone sounds very helpful & polite on the phone, but the reality is that nothing gets sorted out or resolved when something goes wrong and one has to waist a lot of time calling up. All very frustrating.

The sales assistant ordered the wrong item and when contacted would not take any action.She insisted that it was the warehouse manager who had to deal with it.It took 3 goes before she grasped what my em address was.Later when I spoke to another sales assistant she dealt with the matter in a competent fashion.I am awaiting the arrival of my batteries!You need to ensure that your sales staff are properly trained.

Dear Customer, I would like to offer my full apologies for the service you received. It is not what we stand for here, and actions are being taken internally to address it and prevent it from happening again. Although this does not excuse what has happened, when you checked out, your payment did not automatically pass the banks fraud checks, and the information we received back flagged the order as high-risk. What should have happened next, is that a member of staff should have reviewed the order at the first opportunity, and marked it for dispatch. This did not happen. Someone from customer service will be in contact with you to explain in more detail what happened, as we do not divulge our anti-fraud policies online, and we will be refunding your next day shipping fees. I was sent an empty packet. There was no battery in the packet I was sent. My e-mail regarding this issue has been ignored. I sent the empty packet back to you with no replacement, no refund or no reply to this action.

Dear Customer, I'm replying to this review now as this matter has been concluded and I appreciate your help and cooperation on it. We've no idea why the packet was empty. It was sealed perfectly as if factory new, but with no contents and we received it in a batch that was otherwise perfect. We've since check the other products and this truly is a one-off. Your return wasn't accompanied with an RMA or even an email notification that it was being returned, so this lengthened the time needed to deal with the issue when it was received. In response to the review above, we have since spoken to you a few times, and replaced the item, and refunded your shipping. Please accept our full apologies on this unique occurrence. I have examined our webpages just to be certain there is nothing misleading about the quantities, and the product title on the category page, the product title on the product page, the specifications box and the description all refer to 1 battery. We sell many of these batteries and we've not heard this complaint before. I was quite concerned by your claim that you've been able to buy 10 of the same batteries for the same price as you've paid for 1. I've spent some time on Google over the last hour looking into this and unfortunately I'm unable to find Energizer watch batteries for the price you claim. I was interested to see, as it would have been lower than our purchase price. We do value your business I'm glad your items arrived on time as planned. Ordered on a Friday 4pm deadline and paid £14 extra for The Sunday delivery. Nothing arrived. Emailed Battery Station and all they could say was you missed the deadline. The order arrived 8 days after ordering. NO OFFER OF S REFUND FOR THE POSTAGE.

Dear Mr Moles, You did indeed miss the deadline which was 4pm. You did not, as you write above, order for the Friday 4pm deadline, and we received your order at 17:02. Nor did you select Sunday Delivery, but Saturday delivery for £14.99 (We do not offer Sunday delivery). Even if you had ordered on time, you would not have received delivery on Sunday with the method you selected. The reason the order arrived 8 days after ordering, was because it was correctly submitted to DPD with the shipping method you selected, where it was held for the next Saturday in line with the delivery method you selected. Information about shipping is available on the delivery page of our website, along with the product page, more detailed delivery on the shopping cart and checkout pages, which show the cut-off time for orders and stipulate working days of delivery. We show all this information to our customers so they are completely informed when ordering. While I understand the frustration you feel as a result of not receiving the goods when you wanted, BatteryStation.co.uk upheld all our obligations in this instance. We dispatched the item on the next working day as your order arrived over an hour later than our cut-off, we used the shipping method you selected, and the goods were delivered to you using the shipping method you requested. I still have not had my batteries delivered. On enquiring where they were i was told that someone had signed for them. When i pointed out that they had not been delivered to my address i was told they would investigate. So far nothing.
