I received my batteries and they were all dead. Requested a refund. Never heard back.

First order was fine. Second order would not allow me to place another order under a guest checkout. Used another gmail account but did not get any confirmation email. So logically presumed that the order had not gone through. I therefore reordered the item. Having to create an account to do so. I then received the initial order the next day !! I rang this afternoon to speak to someone choosing the most appropriate option on you system only to be told I had to use you contact form then someone would ring me back within half an hour. I then received an email asking how they could help. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGARDING YOUR MISTAKE NOT BE PLACATED WITH AN EMAIL. You are a relatively small firm not Amazon. What is the problem with someone sorting a problem out over the phone. VERY POOR SERVICE.

I purchased a battery charger that arrived in a tatty and bashed box. A series of photos were taken of the packaging on arrival. It was meant to be a gift for someone else but looked more like something bought from ebay. I had to send it back. Although I received a refund on the purchase price of the charger, they would not refund the cost of sending it back. Therefore in my opinion it is best to avoid this company if you want to buy something as a gift for another person.

Dr Mr Rayment, Your claims are inaccurate and completely bunk. The item was given to me personally by my staff after your email with the claims that the packaging of the item was damaged. It was not. The seals were intact, the side of the box you've shown in your image looks like you've opened it slightly as when I received it that side was not at all open, however, it is really inconsequential to the operation of the device within, which is a battery charger, not a pair of designer shoes. It is our solid belief that you ordered the item and simply changed your mind. You had a right to return this to us if you changed your mind, and the cost of the return shipping was your responsibility. instead of accepting that, you came up with a false story about the state of the packaging to avoid paying the shipping to return it to us. We saw right through it despite your escalating threats of not shopping from us again, then leaving negative reviews. Advice to small business owners, avoid this customer! I did not receive my lateat order. After contacting Battery Station I ws informed that Royal Mail had poste the order through my letterbox. This was totally untrue since I did not receive it. I don't consider this to be the fault of Battery station, but I would hestitate to order from them again.

Ordered batteries but no delivery. Do not take phone calls. Have not responded to two emails so have raised dispute with credit card company. All this nonsence for £11.65! A simple phone call could have resolved. Goods still not delivered.

I recently placed a small order and did not receive the items. I complained to your customer service about lack of delivery and the response was to wait alittle longer - so I did. The items did not arrive within the period specified. I complained again and did not receive a reply nor the items. I have noted that the cost fo the item had been deducted from my bank account. I will not reccomend your company to anybody I know.

Dear Adrian, We didn't receive any communication from you with any complaint about your order. I can see that you ordered on Saturday 27th April, a non business day. Your order left our warehouse on the next business day which was Monday 29th April. It was delivered to you by Yodel on Tuesday 20th April, and left as authorised, hidden behind your little wall between the wall and your brown bin. I think the service provided was very good and I fail to see the issue with this delivery. Clearly couriers generally do not work on the weekends, and our warehouse was not open. I ordered a SR936 and they sent a 394 which was to small as it did not fit into my Watch at all and the Watch wouldn’t work. The insisted that the 394 was the correct Battery which clearly not correct.

Dear Customer, A search on Google will return pages of results, all of which state that the 394 battery is the same size battery as SR936. We have never had another complaint from a customer claiming that they are not the same. On other website, including large marketplaces they are also sold under that code. We have not made a mistake. I give it no stars if I could. waited for delivery then was told package has arrived. When I rang customer service I was told delivery driver put parcel in letter box were talking about a battery in my letter box. Then they sent me a photo of my front door to prove dropping it off WRONG door thats 2 doors down from me then I got an email asking can I take a photo of my door so I did. Then to be told the delivery company will respond within 4 hours. Next day I was told the delivery driver dropped battery off across the road. So why did the delivery driver take a photo of my neighbours door and not the door across the road I did go over and no parcel. I purchased battery from battery station not the delivery company I should not have to chase around looking for my battery. Customer service very poor.

Ordered 2 rechargable batteries for solar lights. 1 would not hold chsrge at all and they suggested charging on a charger. Did that and the same problem. Then they said I should swap over and let sun try and charge up. Well i am 86 rears old and not prepared to mess about with a brand new battery. I asked for a refund and got £1.34 back out of £5.70. Would not order again R W
