The items I order were delivered to the wrong address by the Yodel driver to find out more information on my delivery It meant I had to download the Yodel apps which I find is unexceptable

Parcel not delivered. Battery station supplied evidence of delivery-item outside of letterbox. Item would not have fitted through letterbox and nothing was left. Had requested delivery to neighbour if out Have emailed several times and not yet received a reply Have just completed online form and hope to hear back to resolve matter as yet have no goods

I have check through our customer service system thoroughly for your email address, order number and delivery postcode and there is nothing at all from you. We did find a complaint from last year when you chased up an order you believed was late. Nothing for 2025 though. Your website is like being up to the neck in thick treacle! After trying to place an order, I gave up and went to another supplier, and placed an order in a couple of minutes. It arrived today. I won't bother you again.

You placed your order on Monday the 23rd of December after the close of business, your order was collected by the courier on the Friday the 27th of December and delivered on the next working day which was Monday the 30th. I ordered a number of energiser optimum triple and double A type batteries. I thought straight forward however they failed to deliver and blamed the carrier. They refunded me which they used as a get out of the contract. I asked for 24 hour delivery, how difficult is it to send batteries I am not happy with Battery Stations performance they were not interested at any time in delivering batteries to me and when it became a problem for them their used there get out clause and refund money. Never again they are hopeless. They said the problem was at the Glasgow depot of Parcelforce. I ordered many other items from other suppliers on the same dates that went through parcelforces Glasgow depot and I received them within the contracted delivery period So so disappointed, they believe giving me my money back is the solution however my contract with them was to deliver batteries I am

Order placed on 05/12/24 but not received. Replacement order dispatched 15/12/24, so not likely to arrive before Xmas. This is not satisfactory.

Hi Bob, The replacement order was sent out on Parcelforce 24. They attempted to deliver it today but were unable to. They should try again over the weekend. If you contact us via our customer service page, we'll be happy to provide the tracking number to you, and you can also see if in the email that Parcelforce sent you. The seller has an attitude when things go wrong. They claimed they should work on my BT 4600 phones but they didn't. Treated me with contempt when I opened a case with paypal sending me an email that saying I could not buy from them again. Shocking way to resolve a problem with one of there batteries

Hi, PayPal disputes damage our reputation and should be used when a resolution cannot be worked out. You did not give us a chance to reach a resolution before starting a dispute with PayPal. It is our policy on receipt of a dispute or chargeback to immediately stop the process of resolution. In this case, there is absolutely no reason the batteries should not work with your phones. They are simple devices which do not different significantly between brands, and you stated that the capacity was the same as that removed from your phones. Batteries are produced in huge quantities and batches are tested as they come off the line. We have not had a case where a few packs from one batch to the same customer are faulty, and all of the others are perfectly line. There was no reason they shouldn't have worked and we were trying to investigate this with you when you escalated this right to a PayPal payment dispute. So as you correctly stated, we asked you to find another supplier as we do not wish to have to risk of selling to you again in case you prematurely make payment disputes. Due to the amount of orders we do, of course we have customers with issues that need resolving, and the vast majority of them are happy to work with us to a resolution, and this is reflected in the feedback scores and the repeat custom we get. Batteries ordered were “Duracell “ when they arrived they were a different make and the wrong number (8 not 10). Sent photos of items and packaging,received a reply asking for photos of items and packaging,which I did again since when I not heard anything. Will not be ordering again and never going to recommend 😠
