I ordered a SR936 and they sent a 394 which was to small as it did not fit into my Watch at all and the Watch wouldn’t work. The insisted that the 394 was the correct Battery which clearly not correct.

Dear Customer, A search on Google will return pages of results, all of which state that the 394 battery is the same size battery as SR936. We have never had another complaint from a customer claiming that they are not the same. On other website, including large marketplaces they are also sold under that code. We have not made a mistake. I give it no stars if I could. waited for delivery then was told package has arrived. When I rang customer service I was told delivery driver put parcel in letter box were talking about a battery in my letter box. Then they sent me a photo of my front door to prove dropping it off WRONG door thats 2 doors down from me then I got an email asking can I take a photo of my door so I did. Then to be told the delivery company will respond within 4 hours. Next day I was told the delivery driver dropped battery off across the road. So why did the delivery driver take a photo of my neighbours door and not the door across the road I did go over and no parcel. I purchased battery from battery station not the delivery company I should not have to chase around looking for my battery. Customer service very poor.

Ordered 2 rechargable batteries for solar lights. 1 would not hold chsrge at all and they suggested charging on a charger. Did that and the same problem. Then they said I should swap over and let sun try and charge up. Well i am 86 rears old and not prepared to mess about with a brand new battery. I asked for a refund and got £1.34 back out of £5.70. Would not order again R W

Dear Marcia, Thank you for getting in touch. The charger that you purchased has different charging settings. Channel 1 and 8 have a peak output of 3V that can be adjusted down to 2A, 1A, 0.5A, or 0.25A for each slot. He higher the Amp, the quicker the battery will charge. We hope this helps. Ordered 2x AA 3.6v Lithium batteries for my garage door. They duly appeared, stamped Apr 2023. I am assuming this is an expiry date. I contacted you via your website to ask if this is the case. I am aware that this is a tiny order, but am not surprised to receive no reply. Not impressed. Thank you

Dear Mike, I feel I must defend us in this unfair and inaccurate review. I have thoroughly checked our ticket system for tickets created using the contact us form, and also emails sent to our customer service address and we do not have any record of you contacting us. Your assumption is completely incorrect and the date you are referring to is the production date. These batteries have use by dates for 10 - 20 years depending on application. Even at 10 years it would mean we had them before 2013. I can assure you that we do not have stock sat there for 10 years. The batteries are absolutely fine, and in date. Purchased two very small batteries to go with my own one. Just to light a Christmas lantern. It lit up for 5 secs then went flat. The one I had, had never been used and was about four months old. All very minor stuff, but disappointing.

I recently ordered some button cells and paid for next day delivery , they took 3/4 days to arrive and Battery Station refused me a refund on the postage stating that they do not give refunds as the delivery time is out of their control, I expect the service to be what I paid for.

Dear Ian, Although your item did not arrive on time, you have exaggerated how late it was. It arrived one business day late. You ordered on a Sunday so the order was picked, packed and collected by DPD on Monday 11th December. We do not get courier collections on Sundays, nor do DPD deliver. The order was late by one day and while it should have arrived on the 12th Dec, it arrived on the 13th at 14.21. DPD has an on-time delivery record of over 99% in our experience. You are completely correct in that we do not offer refunds for late shipping. This is due to the fact that courier networks despite target delivery dates are inherently faulty in nature with delays which can be caused by a number of reasons including traffic, illness, mechanical breakdown, and others. We do not receive a refund ourselves for late deliveries. I do not know any other retailers who refund for missed delivery targets and the UK incumbent retailer does not do this either. We make no such guarantee to you and although we obviously cover this in our terms and conditions thoroughly, we also put a straight forward notice in bold text above the shipping methods, on our checkout page itself, so this policy is not hidden and is there in plain sight. I am sorry to say your carrier service was very poor the driver didn't call at this property we were in all day he said he left it next door between two waste bins he didn't do that it was left four properties away from ours.

Ordered online and received a notice batteries were dispatched via DPD. Over a week later nothing arrived. We were then told that they were sent via Royal Mail. Nothing arrived! When we called them again we were informed that our address was not recognized and they had not been sent. We have been at the same address for 30 years and DPD and Royal Mail deliver regularly. Told them not to bother and will not be ordering from them again. Ordered from Amazon - delivered next day.

Hi Malcolm, That is correct, your address is not listed under that postcode in the official Royal Mail Postcode Address file. All of our couriers require a full and complete address. So in this case two different couriers were unable to delivery. Despite trying to explain this to you fully and explaining how you can add your address at Royal Mail, you were not interested and adamant we were in the wrong and incompetent. After my last order that went missing I have had no reply from the delivery company, I reported it on line immediately but nothing in return. Trying to contact you, you have a better chance of winning the lottery. Having had many orders off you this is the last.

Dear Robert, I have checked our ticket system thoroughly for your order number, your email address, your postcode and your name. We have no form submissions from the contact us page, nor any emails sent to our customer service email address. I have even checked the spam system just in case and that is also clear. We receive emails from customers throughout the day, every day. Had your emailed us, we would have been happy to help but we have received no such support. Our contact us page at www.batterystation.co.uk/contact/ offers two different ways to contact us, and many of our customers should buy a lottery ticket as they seem to be able to get hold of us just fine. You are welcome to contact us for help with your order and the tracking shows that DPD left it in your front porch on Saturday 11th November at 10am. Dear Tim, That is correct, we do not allow guest ordering. We have tried this in the past and found that some customers had orders placed using their email addresses unknown to them. From trial and error we now operate the first order owns email concept. Once you have placed an order with your email address, no one else can use it and you need to request a password.
