The product is quality and reasonably priced. The delivery was poor due to them using Yodel. They held onto the package for 4 days. Change your courier and you'll get a higher review.

Very disappointed. My order was changed without me being advised. Thought the order was wrong (because they had a different description on them) I was not advised when I placed the order.!! Not happy that I cannot talk to a human being. So I had to email to be told they are discontinued. Unhappy regular purchaser.

The product that you ordered has been discontinued, and replaced with the Procell Intense D batteries, it is clearly stated on the product page that if you order Procell Constant D batteries you will receive Procell Intense, this is clearly highlighted in red text. Battery Station was fine - quick despatch, well packed, good prices and good communication. Their choice of Yodel as a courier was awful. They couldn't "find" us for three days! In the era of sat nav available to all? I don't think so. Took 6 days and eventually arrived without warning. Change couriers or they will lose customers

I ordered 2 little packs of batteries, 10 AA & 10 AAA. I paid a bit extra for them to come first class, expecting 2-3 days. I was disappointed that they took 6 working days to arrive. Battery Station's prices are really competitive but they need a better carrier than Royal Mail.

You placed your order on the 7th of January after the close of business, your order was processed the following day Wednesday the 8th, the 3rd working day was Monday the 13th, your order was delivered a day late on the 14th of January. Hi, I paid for quick delivery however it wasnt delivered for a week which missed the time i needed them for. I understand this potentially wasnt your faulf but Royal Mail.

You placed your order on Monday the 22nd of December after the close of business, your order was collected by the courier on the Friday the 27th of December and delivered on the next working day which was Monday the 30th. Excellent products and good delivery times coupled with competitive prices. However the last time I ordered I had a great deal of difficulty in selecting the 7% reduction so much so that I completed the puchase at full price and then had to write to them to obtain the discount. To be fair this was rectified very quickly. I was also disappointed that the telephone number is only usable for business customers. If you do not want personal customers then make it clear rather than restrict how they might contact you. What about 2 telephone numbers, one for businesses and another for personal customers.

Price perfect. Delivery poor had to 48 hours for 24 hour delivery you need to take this up with the Post Office.

no info on delivery postage or tracking took 6 days on 3 to 4 day cheap delivery would be nice to be able to track these days so you know if theyve even been depatched

Batteries were apparently lost by Yodel so not delivered and I waited in all day. I had to chase up and they were reissued by Battery Station, but not delivered for another few days. Again I had to wait in all day to sign for them. Received eventually and the correct batteries, just a very frustrating, unnecessarily long-winded process.

Batteries are fine but ordered these for delivery to ROI business and had given them my Vat number, got hit for a 40% custom charge as they hadn't done their paperwork properly!
