Dear Customer, I can see that you placed your order at 17.11 on the 31st May. This would be well after we stopped dispatching for the day and resulted in your order being dispatched on 1st June. As that was a Friday, you order was delivered on the next working day which was a Monday. While I realise you would have preferred your order earlier, there is a limit at which we can dispatch due to courier cut-offs. We do advertise this fact so as not to surprise our customers. Your delivery time was poor. I waited far too long for something to be delivered. You said 3-5 days, it turned out to be 8 days. I have received orders quicker from China & USA than I did from Bradford.

Dear Customer, We did dispatch your order using 2nd class mail on the 3rd of March. Due to the weekend, and the bank holiday, this would have meant the earliest we'd expect delivery would be on the 8th. On this occasion, Royal Mail took longer than desired. Although we'd like to have the items delivered to you more quickly, bank holiday weekends often cause a small backlog from 3 non-delivery days. placed order on a Friday, I missed the cut off for getting my order out on a Saturday, but still paid extra for that delivery ( should flag in process if its passed the time for Saturday delivery) Then took till the Wednesday to receive my order.

The reason your order arrived on Wednesday is because of the bank holiday weekend, it was only dispatched on Tuesday. Royal Mail and the couriers do not deliver on bank holiday Monday. when i put the batteries in the blood pressure monitor it only showed to be quarter amount of charge from the batteries so i phoned up and the person said she would send me some more witch i have not received yet K T Jones

Dear Keith, We're sorry to hear about this issue. It's really very unusual that Duracell Ultra Power batteries have any faults with them at all. We will be fully investigating this on receipt of the faulty items, although we have had no issues with other batteries from that batch. Several boxes of batteries were packed loosely in a plastic bag. One of the boxes had burst open and batteries were loose in the bag.

Delivery did not arrive, had to chase and was told my order was overlooked. Revised delivery date was not met.

Ordered 2 batteries for alarm system. Both arrived loose not in blister pack as I would expect when buying new batteries of this type. No guarantee they were new then? Our alarm engineer tested them and one was dead.

The large quantity of batteries arrived in a flimsy polythene bag, no packaging or boxing around the batteries. To say the order was for over £50 it was very disappointing. A lot of the batteries were missing or damaged and had fallen out of the bag. I would expect a quantity like that to be packaged correctly. We were told we would receive a free replacement for these batteries and as of yet have not received them. Our large production was last week and we had to go out and purchase alternative batteries.

We have recently undertaken a warehouse move and are dealing with some teething problems with packaging and the IT system. I needed two of these batteries for a clock. I ordered 5 packs of 2 to make it economical. The first two batteries I tried were dead. The next two worked, not sure about the remaining batteries.

Dear Mr Sheppard, Unfortunately your order was caught up in the ensuing chaos from the extreme weather event at the beginning of March. This delayed deliveries all over the country and was totally outside of our control. While we are usually unable to refund shipping due to acts of god (as we are still charged by the courier, ourselves), we have made an exception in this case and refunded your shipping as an act of good will. The order arrived in a simple jiffy bag, unfortunately 3 of the 4 boxes with batteries arrived damaged. It's probably the courier more than Batterystation's fault. But I had to tape them up before I could put them away.

Product not arrived within the 1 - 4 day period. Postal tracking shows no information either. Called Battery Station last week. Awaiting response as they chase up their postal service provider

Dear Mr Brown, We're sorry you were given incorrect advice on this occasion. After an order is placed, it is not possible to change it. It is automatically sent for dispatch and is picked in turn. We pack during the weekends now as well so it's just not possible to change it. Furthermore, there is sometimes a very short period of time in which an order can be cancelled but even then, it is a full cancellation and the order cannot be changed. We request customers place another order with the items they require. Once again sorry for the inconvenience this time around, and we do appreciate your business. Understandably this is an incredibly busy time for you guys at the moment but our order was delivered and was missing roughly half of the items, I phoned to have the rest sent out and when they arrived there was still items missing. I phoned again and finally received the remainder of the missing items. Although this was slightly annoying the customer service I received was good, staff were very helpful and all replacements were delivered the next working day.

I can accept human error when packing an order. I had the incorrect items sent. Customer service arranged for the incorrect items to be collected and returned. The items ordered were promised to be delivered but did not arrive. I had telephone conversations (Wednesday 13th December and Monday 18th December)with the very pleasant staff in customer service department promised to look into the "Very poor service" yet month later and still no sign of my order.

We did collect the items from you and re-dispatch the order. For some reason, the replacement order was sent to an incorrect address. As of today I have personally dealt with this issue and the replacement is on the way to the correct address, and I appreciate your extreme patience on this matter. Please rest assured that I am following up this internally to find out why the replacement was sent to the wrong address. Dear Ms Huntley, We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused back the packing error. When you did call, the person that would need to deal with this issue had left the office for the day. A message was taken which she received the next working day. In the meantime however, you also emailed. When I ordered on line the invoice and delivery piece never came through (checked my junk folder assiduously too) hence I ordered good a second time as I didnt know if the order had 'gone through' meaning wasted my money and had no records. still havent got anything a week or so afterwards. Cant take that chance again I am afraid Andrew P Lee
