“I am a plumber / installer who made a genuine mistake drilling out the side panel for the flush button. The size was incorrect and wanted a part replacement - Happy to pay for spare part but not the whole unit again!!! ridiculous as surely they must do offer parts or something. Shame that if I lied and said damaged due to packaging etc I would off got free replacement. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be honest and thought the company could of helped a installer who will not use this company again now”
