“Initially sold a used item that had obviously been returned to them in a poor state. Rusty screws and wet appliance with scale over all the washers, it appeared as if it had been taken from someone’s wall and re packaged. Upon realising this and photos sent to the company they were very swift to rectify the problem collecting the used and replacing with new within two days.”

“The goods supplied seem to be of a good standard although not yet installed. Customer service staff were excellent on the 3 occasions I had to speak to them. What let it down was the delivery. The goods were not delivered on the day requested and I received an email late in the day saying there had been delays and could they be delivered the following day. I replied to this email but seemingly the reply did not get through. The following day I emailed customer service when it became fairly obvious that there would be no delivery that day either. By this time it was Friday so I phoned and was told that the goods were out for delivery but no time could be guaranteed. They were eventually delivered at about 5pm on Friday. By this time the plumbers had gone home so the goods sat on a plet in the road overnight until a family member could come over and help me bring them inside. I am a 66 year old female. I'm sure it was just a series of unfortunate events but very irritating.”

“Ordered new radiator and valves. Paid for next day delivery. Called late on day before delivery that valves are not available. Extra day added to delivery. Radiator arrived with scratches. New one sent out for next day.”

“Ordered toilet based on picture of dimensions. Unfortunately not all of them showed and it didn’t fit because of a bottom bar not pictured. After paying for alterations to get everything to fit it Didn’t come with fixings either. Prompt delivery but not overly impressed with the product.”

“Pleased overall with quality and ease of assembly, however both top and bottom have ugly securing connectors visible externally, and it would have been easy to design it with these on the inside, leaving the external faces clear., alternatively provide covers for the connectors.”

“Delivery side was very poor got a phone call at 7am to say your item will be delivered never got delivered and the driver never answered the phone wife was late for work I had to ring the office next to find out where my item was I was never rung Thanks”

“Delivery was a day late so wasted a days annual leave and one item was missing when it arrived. Delivery charge refunded along with the cost of the missing item.”

“I was very satisfied and impressed with the overall service and speediness of delivery. The only criticism is that the mirror I ordered was described as suitable for portrait or landscape hanging but turned out to only have the fixtures for portrait - I wanted landscape and wouldn’t have ordered the item if the website description had been more accurate.”

“Customer service did not respond to my pre-purchase questions. Was given a delivery slot of 8am till 6pm. Delivery arrived at 6.10. I dont understand why an all day slot was given, in this day and age an AM or PM slot should be provided as a minimum”

“The items we received were great but the courier service that you use is diabolicle. Big shout out to Mathew on the phone who dealt with my queries. He was very sympathetic. Would use again but for the courier.”

“The mirror is great. It works well but I got the wrong size and there was no return slip or a phone number so that I could ask how to return it. Other than that, the mirror is nice.”

“The radiator is great. But the pallet delivery is a bit over the top. They should offer a different delivery DPD I have had beer fridges delivered by them. But paying £24 for a pallet which you then have to dispose of. Very inconvenient. I think with price and adding pallet not really saving good buy and next day delivery good but I had to chase as did not turn up. Customer service did a good job. In that respect.”
