“I was very impressed with the service I received from Bath quest I ordered a cabinet and the next day had to change it for a different unit . The sales staff were happy to allow me to change the at the last minute and reorder a new unit . The cabinet arrived today very pleased with the delivery driver too who carried the item up to my front door.”

“Delivery on time, brilliant. Very well organised. Unfortunately, even if it did day everything was there, it wasn't....missing inlet and outlet pipes. Rang. Told it never happens...it did... I must say however that the missing pipes came the day after so thank you. It is a shame that it was a bit of a waste of my plumber's time (for which I will have to pay). All sorted now and working.”

“I made a mistake when first ordering a bathroom cabinet. I phoned BathQuest and the gentleman that I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you. The cabinet was delivered today, exactly what we wanted, can’t wait to see it on the wall when the bathroom is finished!”

“Brilliant service! Had the water softener I wanted at a great price and went over & above to send it out on the same day for next day delivery. Said they’d check & get back to me, which they did within minutes. Couldn’t ask for more!”

“I purchased a HiB bathroom cabinet which arrived with a smashed mirror (courtesy of DHL!). Initially Bathquest proposed sending me a replacement mirror door, which I was unhappy about owing to the amount of broken glass and splinters in the packaging. They subsequently agreed with HiB to send me a new cabinet. I would add that their price was highly competitive and I would have given five stars but for the hiccup over replacing the cabinet.”

“Unexpected excellent.... Never heard of Bathquest (recommended by my builders) so was apprehensive about putting through a high-cost order. The website didn't have specific delivery information, however, I trusted my builder and put through the order. I received order confirmation a little later but with no delivery timelines. So I called, they confirmed the order was received, advised the delivery would be made the next day (based on the type of stock). It arrived the next day and in excellent condition. This is how we used to do it, before the big American firms arrived and it all still works properly. The website is great, the prices are great, the interaction has been great, would absolutely order from here again.”
