“The E string on my violin broke and I thought replacing it might be difficult during covid 19 lockdown but I was able to purchase the precise string I needed, and not the whole set, and it arrived very quickly.”

“Recommended to me by a musician. Great recommendation. Wonderful tuner for my harp. I could not get apps or other tuners to do the higher notes on it, this one does it beautifully. Very easy to use. I am a beginner, but no problems.”

“This is my first-time using Bass Bags and indeed buying a violin. I asked them to provide me with advice on a good instrument and accessories to get me started; boy did they deliver. I received back a very comprehensive email with lots of options to see which would suit me best. I went with the full setup and a few added extras. I am so glad I did as the instrument plays like a dream. Despite the additional set up work that I requested the violin was dispatched very quickly and was received in perfect condition and packaged very well, they even added some rosin to the bow so I could get playing straight away. They are a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using them again.”

It is a top-quality product (and, I feel, value for money) which fulfils the requirements of the job and was delivered promptly within a day or so despite the Covid19 restrictions.
