“I'm very happy with the violin case. When it arrived, within a plastic bag, the case had a small mark on it, seemed to be made by a felt tip pen - not washable. I talked to the shop; they were apologetic and very helpful, and asked me to send a couple of pictures They then offered me a replacement or a discount (around 20 - 25%, from memory) and I accepted the latter. I was very grateful for their professionalism, courtesy and quality of service, and would buy from them again, and recommend them”

“Tragedy struck in lockdown when we managed to break a string. Normally we would wander to the local violin shop but under these strange circumstances it wasn’t an option. Bass Bags had exactly what we needed and delivered quickly. Thank you!”
