“Thank you for all your help in getting my first cello sorted out. I was really thrilled when it arrived with particular strings as requested; a beautiful bag; and all the little add-ons needed! The Snark tuner is great. Service was really friendly and delivery to an odd place in London no problem either. Really pleased I chose you to help me get started. My first lesson is tonight ; )”

“Very good and good value product, delivery one day earlier than promised. Well but not excessively packaged. I bought a heavy duty strap to use on a Nyckleharpa, not a guitar as it's heavy round the neck and I have suffered whiplash injury. A good solution”

“The delivery of the product - a stool for a double bass player - was just as promised - very swift and efficient. However - we would have really appreciated some assembly instructions.Fortunately my husband is an engineer, and managed to see what ought to be happening, but had extreme difficulty in releasing a very tiny screw needed to make the whole thing work. Even more fortunately, he managed to find a very find set of pincers which did the trick. Just simple instructions, and a tiny screw driver included would really have helped. Once assembled, my husband was very pleased with his stool. Many thanks.”

“I ordered your soprano clarinet bag initially for traveling with my Bb soprano clarinet on commercial airplanes. When I saw on your web site that it would also fit the A clarinet I was doubly pleased. Well, sorry to say, the A clarinet is, I believe, too tight a fit. To be comfortable I would need to remove the bell and then it's banging against the lower joint. So, a little disappointed there. However, it a fleece mouthpiece bag is put over the lower joint all is well. I would recommend that either you make the bag 1 or 2 centimeters longer or add a padded sleeve to fit over the lower joint so that the bell can be taken off. You could also just make a separate section for the bell. I'll know, for sure, how it works on a plane what I fly to California next week. Steven Klimowski”

“Very pleased with the very quick and efficient service. Telephoned for confirmation of item in stock and the lady was very helpful and friendly. The actual process of purchasing the bass strings via the web site was also smooth and efficient. The Spirocore double bass string set (which arrived much sooner than I expected) are just what I needed and the price was excellent. I will be happy to purchase items from Bass Bags again and would be happy to recommend them. Thank you to all at Bass Bags.”
