“Baskets Galore We ordered a Fruit and Chocolate gift basket for our beloved Uncle who passed away. As we live in the United States and our Uncle lived in the UK I was not sure what the basket would look like or if you could deliver on short notice. You exceeded our expectations and delivered the next day with a beautiful, bountiful, gorgeous basket. We can't thank you enough.”

“I was very pleased with this order. I created my own "Get Well" basket from the website, because the recipient is on dialysis and has a restricted diet. I did not see the basket, but the next day delivery to a hospital was more efficient and prompt than I could have hoped and the contents were exactly as I ordered. The recipient told me that the hamper presentation was lovely, and all the contents very fresh and tasty. I will definitely use Baskets Galore again. Thank you to all concerned with this flawless customer service!”

“Three gift baskets options looked good, and we enjoyed making our choice based on what we knew about the person we were sending it to. The process of ordering online was good - possibly it would have been very good except that I have not had a lot of experience with this. The online order confirmation and dispatch messages came through promptly. and having a tracking link was very reassuring. I didn't use this in the end, because the person who got the gift basket sent me an email that included many positive comments about the freshness of the fruit, the beautiful arrangement and colours. As she also sent a photo, we were able to see the gift basket for ourselves. Well done - we'll use BasketsGalore again!”

“I chose this to send to someone who is recovering from a serious illness and needed a boost. I am happy to say she absolutely loved it - it arrived on time and in perfct condition - and apparently the chocolate truffles were delicious! I had to rely on the reviews as I had never used this site before and I live overseas. I booked the basket on a Friday for next day delivery and Baskets Galore were good enough to contact me saying it would not arrive until Tuesday (due to the weekend) giving me the option to change my order if necessary. Thank you for an excellent service and a lovely product!”

“I though the choice and selection was good the only thing I found disappointing was that I was unaware how much the delivery would be until the end and as I was ordering within a budget for my company I went over it so will probably not use this site again, I realise I could have gone back and deducted things but that would have left little in the basket. Perhaps you could make it clearer in the beginning what the delivery costs will be. Thanks dj”

Hi Debra. Thank you very much for your feedback. We are so disappointed to hear that the next day delivery charge means you might not shop with us again, especially as you seemed to really like our product and service. As such I hope you don't mind if I explain that we don't make any profit on the delivery rates, we actually subsidise them. Courier companies charge by volumetric weight and size, and as are Gift Baskets are big and heavy we get charged a lot for an overnight delivery service. You mentioned not knowing the price of delivery before it was too late. We do have a delivery page which displays all our prices which can be accessed from the the top of every page, however I will pass your comments onto our web development team Thank you again for taking the time to provide us with feedback Debra, and we very much hope we can be of service to you in the future.

“I ordered the food hamper for my father's 80th birthday. As I live abroad. My mother emailed me to say "the lovely food so welcome to add to the birthday party". Ordering was very simple and I particularly liked being able to track the delivery status of the order.”

“I ordered a basket for my sister's birthday and I must say, Baskets Galore were fantastic. I was quite fussy in my selections as I wanted my sister to really enjoy her present. The staff were so accommodating, pleasant and professional. The basket arrived on the requested date and was fabulous. “From New Zealand it was easy to make a selection from a range of varied choices. The purchase online was also trouble free. The recipient raved about each item in the basket - her favourites. She was impressed with the way it was packed as it was 12 hours before she could take delivery - it was still fresh. We would definitely come back. Thanks!”
