“What I ordered I did not get, what is a Hamper basket we can all Google, what I got was a basket I have myself two bottles sitting on top!! Shocking I paid 94euro for privilege, also why have a number to contact no one in office answer it,!! As a person with a disability I need to use a phone, I have ordered another Hamper for December I am going grin and bear it now, will not use this company again.”

Hi Catherine, we are sorry to hear the product did not meet with your expectations. The photo you attached shows the gift basket arrived as advertised on our website. The wine is packaged this way for logistical reasons to avoid breakages. As per our correspondence, we did offer you a full refund as our company policy is to always exceed expectations, unfortunately we received no reply, so we assume you have decided to keep it. Apologies we were unable to take your calls, we do have a COVID announcement on our website explaining why it is not always possible to answer our phone line during this time. Hi Jane, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback. We are very sorry that delivery was made earlier than anticipated. The delivery date on your order confirmation came through as 20th November, and the greetings card message had a "thank you" message. This led us to assume that it was your intention for the basket to arrive asap, rather than for Xmas. We apologise if this wasn't the case. Should you place an order in the future, we would be very grateful if you could please double check the date selected on the calendar during the checkout process, before you submit the order. “I have used in the past a number of household names for Hamper Delivery. The front runner is most certainly Baskets Galore and is my only service provide for Hampers. They are most efficient, courteous and helpful. Nothing has ever gone wrong but if it did I have absolute confidence that Baskets Galore would put it right. Personally there is no one that comes near their service and I always know the Hamper is delivered.”

“Arrived early as a birthday gift My son was most pleased. I could not be with my son because of virus problem so this hamper was good substitute I needed a French theme and this came close as possible. I would use you again, thanks.”

“Amee contacted me to check the correct address in the Republic of Ireland for one of my deliveries which I was able to provide for her. I appreciated the heads up and looking forward for the hampers to be delivered for Christmas to family from 18th Dec onwards. Many thanks.”

“I ordered the Sympathy basket for some relatives of mine who had a very recent bereavement. Due to the covid rules I can't visit them and I wanted a way of sympathising with them that was more than just standard flowers. I ordered on Wednesday the basket was dispatched on Thursday and arrived on Friday. It was a great service and I would recommend”
