“What an amazing experience from easy ordering to communication with customer service and payment! When this beautiful basket was delivered , the recipient was so very happy with all of the yummy and beautiful contents. The fresh flowers were a wonderful touch. “I put together a basket worth £63, which is a lot of money. I wanted to speak to someone on the phone to confirm that this was an adequate amount to be as impressive as I wanted it to be. Their customer service is just and automated phone system that is set up that no-one answers, you can only leave a voice mail, there is no-one to speak to in person which I really wanted to do. I emailed and no-one replied for days, which was too late as it has already been posted out for delivery. Three times they emailed me when I kept asking someone to phone me, and they wouldn't. The recipient described the package to me and it did not sound like it was that impressive or £63 worth. I'm quite upset about it and I would definitely not use them again.”

Hi Annie. We are so sorry that you found it difficult to speak to us on the phone. As mentioned we have been communicating via email, as we didn't know until after office hours that you were having difficulties getting through via phone. You responded to our email that it was too late for a call anyway as the Basket had already been dispatched. We thought our reassuring response that the Basket looked lovely and plentiful had resolved your query. We do apologise if you did in fact want us to call. We have dedicated customer services and sales lines during office hours, a live chat facility for instant responses, and our email response time is normally less than 5 minutes during office hours. “Baskets Galore made my Mum's birthday extra special. She loved the fact that it was above and beyond the bunch of flowers. The goods were impeccable and HEALTHY !! The mug was admired and there were so many more options I could have chosen. Definitely using them again. Ordered from France, delivered to Ireland next day.”

“I ordered this hamper for my father for his 90th birthday. He was really pleased with the contents and loved the surprise. I have just spoken to him on the phone and he told me that it was very well presented and had everything that he enjoyed. The food was well presented and very tasty! The hamper arrived on time. From order to delivery 2 days. Fantastic service”

“I live in South Africa and my daughter lives in England. I decided at the last minute that i wanted her to receive something for her birthday. Baskets Galore made it really easy - I could track the status of the delivery from the start and she received it on time despite my last minute idea. “The two baskets that I sent were very well received. They arrived on time and the items were lovely displayed in the baskets. I have since ordered another basket and it is for my aunt who turns 90 next week. I could go in on Baskets galores page and choose what I would like to put in the basket.”

“My sister and brother in law celebrated their 60 th Wedding Anniversary on 11 th August, unfortunately my wife and I were unable to visit so instead sent one of your baskets.
