Dear Raewyn, I can assure you that you haven't been charged twice. Your first attempt wasn't successful. You will notice on your statement that it says "attempted" or "denied" beside one of the transactions. We are sorry if this was confusing - we have no control over how the credit card company presents this info. We will also contact you privately as way of reassurance. Kind regards, BG Customer Care.

Hi again Glenn, As explained in our email communication the 2nd charge is a pending payment. Your card issuer has made the decision to show the failed payment as pending.  Most banks do not use this policy, it is card issuer specific. We have no control over the way in which individual banks handle the transaction information. I am sorry for the confusion your credit card company has caused. I can assure you that only one payment has been made to ourselves. We will follow up with you again privately. Kind regards, BG Customer Services.

I sent a condolence basket to a business colleague whose 32 year old son-in-law had died suddenly and without any symptoms last weekend, just 3 weeks after getting married. The feedback from the family when they received the hamper was lovely. It evidently brought some warmth and hope to an understandably gloomy and grief-filled home.

This was the first time that I had ordered from Baskets Galore and I will definitely use your company again! I ordered a food hamper to thank a friend who had looked after me, following a major operation. Over the weekend, I had some difficulties with the internet and one of your team replied to my e-mails, which was very helpful and not expected, as I didn't think I would hear from you until Monday. In the end, I called on Monday morning to complete my order. The lady I spoke to was again, very helpful. My friend received her hamper on Tuesday morning and was delighted with it! This was a great way to say a special 'thank you', so thank you for all your help.

Very happy with a hamper I previously purchased, so I am going to purchase again. Bought a hamper for my Nan in England (I am from Australia). She loved it so much! Apparently she still uses the mug I got her :)

I placed the order last evening and my gift was delivered in less than 24hours! I was updated of the progress of my order all the time. The receivers are thrilled with the Lions Bakerloo Basket. It's my 1st time using this company and didn't know how they work and their after sales service, but everything has been just perfect. Will definitely order from you again Thanks!
