“3 Items were ordered. Due to poor packing 1 item (microwave) was damaged. Had to re-order. The original kettle we ordered, we returned for a different model more suited to our requirements.This was delivered, with replacement microwave. On opening the box we found that the replacement kettle was damaged due to poor packing. This has since been replaced and now all is fine.”

“Ordered a kettle and toaster. One of the items was not in stock. I knew this before I ordered. I was kept informed of when the toaster was expected back and when it would be sent out. I was received on the date that was stated. Very happy with service and items and at a price which was much cheaper than anywhere else for the same items. Recommended.”
