“Ordered a kettle and toaster. One of the items was not in stock. I knew this before I ordered. I was kept informed of when the toaster was expected back and when it would be sent out. I was received on the date that was stated. Very happy with service and items and at a price which was much cheaper than anywhere else for the same items. Recommended.”

“Great service! Had an issue with the kettle I bought. Item was picked up by courier and a new one deliverd at same time - the next day. That's the kind of service you want from an online retailer! A++ for Barnitts.”
