“Order, communications and service was good, the product is exactly what I wanted. Delivery time is about one day behind most other internet delivery times. Although not an issue in my case, a standard seems to be to suggest delivery within 3 to 5 days, and to actually deliver within one to two working days.”

“Good customer service. Original item was delivered with damage, Barnitts responded very quickly and arranged a replacement with no fuss - exactly what you need in the circumstances. Also you can speak to a human on the phone via a geographical number - rare! One downside is that the item had to be ordered in and then be dispatched, so took a little longer than with other online retailers. Bottom line? Would use again and recommend to others.”

“Came across your web-site while trying to find a substantial, easy to handle rotary washing line. Details given helped a great deal, buying on -line easy to follow even for this computer illiterate and the service speedy and efficient. From Yorkshire to Hampshire within three days - brilliant. “Two out of three items ordered were out of stock this should have been indicated on the website. The items were over packaged leaving a lot of disposable waste. I didn't like the greyish colour of the washing basket that is meant to be white. I would shop in store in future.”

“I found you unexpectedly on the Internet and cannot believe my luck. I have now received excactly what i have been looking for, for my patio. I do not like ordering online and found the lady i spoke to so helpful when I telephoned. The lady immediately got back to me on checking that you could get hold of the furniture and even made sure that a note was on the delivery note for a special request to the driver to deliver in the afternoon due to my elderly mother being alone that morning. I cannot thank you enough for carrying out my wishes. Thank you. I have since recommended you to a friend of mine and will in the future bear you in mind for future orderings. Thank you.”

“The order took a while because items were out of stock. When I received my order it was very well packed. One item had a crack and was replaced within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service.”
