“So pleased I found this website. I purchased a Brabantia lift o matic 50 metre rotary airer (5yr guarantee). It came with a free metal spike (2yr guarantee), a free strong fabric peg bag (2 yr guarantee) and free wooden pegs. The price was excellent value and free delivery!”

“Order, communications and service was good, the product is exactly what I wanted. Delivery time is about one day behind most other internet delivery times. Although not an issue in my case, a standard seems to be to suggest delivery within 3 to 5 days, and to actually deliver within one to two working days.”

“Good customer service. Original item was delivered with damage, Barnitts responded very quickly and arranged a replacement with no fuss - exactly what you need in the circumstances. Also you can speak to a human on the phone via a geographical number - rare! One downside is that the item had to be ordered in and then be dispatched, so took a little longer than with other online retailers. Bottom line? Would use again and recommend to others.”
