“I ordered a Brabantia 40 litre flat backed kitchen rubbish bin from Barnitts after talking to a very helpful gentleman in Yorkshire. I had email confirmation, and then an email saying it was out of stock, but giving the date it would be in. I then received another email letting me know when the bin was to be delivered, The bin was amazingly well wrapped up with lots of bubble wrap among other things, and arrived on time, and in excellent condition. I was also given the option of having the bin left with a neighbour, if I was out. Altogether brilliant service, and I wish everyone I used on line was so professional, and took such care of their deliveries, and kept me so well informed of the progress. I would not hesitate to use Barnitts again, or recommend them.”

“Draining board matt real does save my draining board from scratches and nasty marks . The laundry bag is very well designed and a good quality fabric .long lasting and I love it ,and one of the most useful ones I have ever had . The bone shaped biscuit cutter I struggled to buy from all local shops but .barnitts had one all arrived very well packaged and I highly recommend their on line shopping and the products they sell Mrs Joyce featherstone”

“I ordered an ironing board cover in medium . It took a couple of days to arrive which was ok but when it arrived it was the wrong size , I had been sent a large instead of a medium . I tried contacting the company by phone most of the day but only got the answer machine . I contacted them by email and got an almost instant reply and they were very apologetic and sent me the correct size with no problem . I received it within 2 days . I was happy with the service and the product and would buy from the company again .”
