“The items I ordered for a wedding present were out of stock. It would have been useful to have a bit more personal feedback on delivery dates. Delivery was smooth and on the day finally agreed on. The nice thing about ordering from Barnitts is that being a local, I could view the quality of the items I wanted in the shop before ordering. Shop staff are very knowledgeable and friendly - well done”

“Very pleased with the oban chairs. Excellent quality especially seeing how reasonably priced they were. There was a hiccup with delivery but Barnitts sorted it straight away and it was the fault of the delivery company. I still received the chairs a week after ordering so can't complain at all. Other companies are 6-8 weeks wait. Would definately order again.”

“After receiving the peer, it became apparent that the measurements supplied by the manufacturer were incorrect. I spoke to Tom in Internet sales who was extremely helpful and has arranged a replacement item and collection of the incorrect item of which I expect to receive as soon as it is available.”
