“The ordering service was great. When we discovered that there were some paint chips on the furniture a discount was offered quickly. However we then realised that the bistro set that we had ordered was different to the photo on the Barnitts website! It had round chairs when the photo had square chairs!! Again the customer services were very good and arranged a courier to collect the goods and arranged a refund. So apart from not actually getting the product we wanted the service levels were good....”

“The items I ordered for a wedding present were out of stock. It would have been useful to have a bit more personal feedback on delivery dates. Delivery was smooth and on the day finally agreed on. The nice thing about ordering from Barnitts is that being a local, I could view the quality of the items I wanted in the shop before ordering. Shop staff are very knowledgeable and friendly - well done”
