“Barnitts have been excellent with this order. After I placed the order, I was offered delivery the following day. This was not possible, so I suggestedan alternative date the following week, which they agreed to. The delivery arrived early in the day. When I unpacked the boxes, I discovered that the inside of the packaging for one of the plug-in radiators was damp. I took it out and placed it on a hard floor over the weekend, which revealed a small but noticeable oil leak. I could not see any damage to the radiator, but contacted Barnitts anyway. They took me at my word and offered to deliver a replacement the following day. Again, this came early in the day and the delivery man took the defective radiator away - he could see that the problem was obvious. Excellent customer service, thank you!”
