“There was an initial problem with my order in that it had apparently "gone astray", Barnitts were very quick to investigate and resolve the issue, the problem was not with them but with the supplier. As soon as they were made aware there was a problem Barnitts acted promptly to rectify the issue. Very good customer service.”

“Exactly what I had been looking for, subsequently found out that it's available at Lakeland but more expensive. Slight hitch with delivery, first one lost by courier but dealt with promptly & efficiently & second one arrived today, as I was advised it should & within 2wks of placing order.”

“The shopping trolley was very light. The quality was very good, but it stated that it was for 5' 1" and below. I'm 4'11" and the shopping trolley was too big for me. I could have used it but I felt I would look a bit silly walking along with it. I gave it away to a friend and have now found somewhere else to shop for the trolley. The shopping trolley I have found is perfect for my size. Once again, the shopping trolley was of very good quality. I was told that I shouldn't have bought this online as you need to see it to know that it would be suitable.”

“there was an issue with the order which did take a while to iron out, but once it had been resolved the order was soon on its way and received the next day. This will not put me off placing more orders with Barnitts. overall happy with the service and very happy with the products.”

“From ordering to delivery rated a 5 The only but was the screw size required was bigger than the bush but a wall plug did the trick. Previous order a couple of years ago the size was spot on. Lastly the gloves are very good”
