“Replaced a broken fireguard promptly and without fuss - better packaged this time!”

“Although the initial dispatch was delayed, I was kept well informed. The fire guard was well packed and delivered via DPD which provides excellent package tracking. The guard is solidly built and looks great in our lounge.”

“Brabantia need to use *Bubble wrap *to protect the waste bin when items are out for delivery to customers, as my waste bin came with a * depression in the outer casing * , not good for first impressions to a customer of quality product !”

“Only missed 'Very Good' due to the fact the description did not say the bench came flat-packed. I called to discuss delivery (very helpful) and so became aware of this before it arrived, but it did mean that I needed to change where it was sent to. It certainly wasn't difficult to assemble, but I do think this is significant enough to merit being mentioned.”

“Item was not in stock but did not show this until order made however we were then kept updated about delivery dates up to dispatch. Item was very well protected for delivery and arrived safely. Exactly as ordered at a very good price.”

“Ordered a Brabantia bin from the website. After i had paid, I got an email saying they weren't in stock. I would have tried elsewhere if I'd known before I ordered it. Saying that, it didn't take too long for it to be delivered but an email, saying it was on it's way, would have been nice, as I had to be in to sign for it. I am very happy with the product.”
