“My order was taken over the phone because my internet was down. Very helpful assistant. Delivery was later than I hope due to stock availability but the price best John Lewis and with free postage! Overall very happy.”

“Love my Brabantia 30 litre bin. Such a quality bin! Hadn't dealt with Barnitts ever before but the whole process was easy. Price also very reasonable (compared to Amazon for example, unusually so). Nice touch also was the receipt of a complimentary pack of Brabantia binliners - these are normally quite expensive. I don't normally buy them - I use charity bags pushed through the door! Delivery took about a week, so not particularly speedy, but overall, an excellent service.”

“First time I have used this company. Impressed with service received. However I was less than impressed when I discovered that the item I purchased I could have obtained from Amazon for considerably less. However being in a hurry I didn't compare prices so that is my fault.”

“First port of call was by telephone and the response was very confident so much so that the product I wanted was ordered within 24hours via the internet. The product was delivered within the time scale stated and there was no damage to the packaging. First class service and I have already recommended this company to several people hopefully this will bear fruit for yourselves.”

“I ordered items on 27 January. I contacted Barnitts by phone around 25 Feb as I not received the order, there was an answer machine so I left a message but nobody got back to me. The tables arrived last week and they do not resemble the picture and I want to return them. the picture indicates dark mahogany and they are not dark at all.”
