“After experiencing some difficulties obtaining the required product online from another supplier, and eventually gaining a full refund, the service provided by Barnitts was excellent and we were able to take delivery within a few days and the shopping trolley fully complied with our order.”

“Item was as advertised and shipped/received quickly and intact. Thanks! We live in Canada. This has made gift giving to our daughter in the UK much easier. I do have one issue though. On the website it indicated that the item could be marked or sent as a gift when shipped but when I purchased the item, there was no place that I could see to indicate this. As a result, I had to email my daughter to advise her that if a parcel came from your store, she shouldn't open it until her birthday (which was yesterday). I ordered it well in advance in case there were any delays so she actually received it a couple of weeks ago. She is happy with it and it appears on skype to be as advertised.”

“Unfortunately I had to have some items from my order replaced. This was not a problem and I was kept up to date with the delay in replacing items really well. Level of service very good, delay was with the supplier. It would not stop me ordering form Barnitts again”
