“My order was with me 48hrs from ordering. They were glass jars, and packed extremely well and arrived intact. Postage cost was reasonable, all in all a positive shopping experience and I shall shop with Barnitt's again. Thank you”

“The lady who dealt with my telephone order was extremely helpful. I wanted to replace a mug my son had given me as a present (I'd broken it and he didn't know) so it had to be the exact design and she kindly checked the stock for me before I placed my order. Wonderful, friendly service.”
