“Order was delivered within 4 days, in line with expectations. Unfortunately one of the glass lightshades was chipped on the rim and had a flaw mark in it. This was raised to Barnitts immediately who, without hesitation, arranged for a replacement to be sent direct from the manufacturer and was received without delay. I am very impressed with the way this was dealt with and can only compliment Barnitt's on their customer service.”

“Excellent company to deal with, all the products were in stock as stated and arrived within 24 hours, other companies were quoting 7-10 days delivery. paid a few pence more but worth every penny. Can not fault this company.”

“Excellent service and quick delivery. Barnitt's promptly solved a problem for me when one of my orders was, for some inexplicable reason, blocked and could not be processed. This was sorted out by cancelling the order and reordering basing the info on a previous order which had posed no problems. Really good solution and the order was processed and delivered straight away. Can't get much better than that :) Thank you for your help and good service. P.S. You need an "excellent" option too!”
