“Order placed end of December 15 but delivery delayed due to the terrible flooding. Kept informed by email where and when goods would arrive and when they did was not disappointed. Delivered efficiently and now look lovely. Really finish off the room. Thank you”

“When we bought the draws online we expected the same service you get from the shops. I ordered on 20/02/16 and did get delivery until 01/03/16 when the web site ready for immediate delivery. We were contacted by your sub-contract delivery driver to say the day he was coming and on the day he rang and said what time he was coming, when he turned up he informed my wife that it was only a kerbside delivery and not in to our house my wife started panic thinking it would be left outside until came home from work she manage to get into our garage with help from the driver. This not the sort of service I would expect from a furniture retailer”

“Everyone most helpful and next day free delivery.What's not to like! One gripe - the web site gave me no idea of delivery time - I had to ring up to find out. Later I got an email but it would have been helpful to have some time frame with order.”

“Initially ordered Dualit Toaster was out of stock which was a bit disappointing , but it became in stock before the suggested date and delivery was then very swift and it was easy to track the delivery and it was delivered within the time slot. Very pleased with the toaster and service and price offered by Barnitts and by the delivery company. Excellent service all round.”

“There was a delay with the order I understand due to shipping problems. Only downside was that I was not notified beforehand only found out about the delays when I decided to get in touch. Apart from that all ok.”

“I ordered 2 chairs for my office and am absolutely delighted with them!! they are beautiful, comfortable and exactly what i wanted. They are exactly as described....better actually!! and as soon as i can, i will be ordering another pair! they came quickly, delivery was smooth and no problems at all. They were well wrapped and protected. What can i say!! brilliant. Thank you!!”

“This iron flex holder is great. I've wasted money on other ones, which were difficult to attach, one of which actually broke when I tried to attach it rendering it useless and a waste if time and money. This one is great though. I'd thoroughly recommend it. It does the job excellently, it's easy to attach, and doesn't require removing once the board is folded away as it flips down and lays flat against the board easily, which the others I'd tried did not. I'd recommend Barnetts as a supplier, and this Brabantia flex holder as worth every penny. Go for it!”
