“Once despatched, quickly delivered by cheerful DPD man. The glasses arrived safely, well padded in the cardboard box. Only criticism, a little slow arriving after the date, 31st Jan., when you said you would have the glasses in stock. A. W. Johnson”

“I was actually going to email the customer service team but this questionnaire was sent to us first. We were very impressed by the service we have received. Having purchased a number of items from other companies that have arrived damaged we were thrilled to open our parcel and see that it was packaged up very well and so pleased to receive our goods and not have to send them back as they were damaged. We would definitely purchase something again from barnitts. Very impressed thankyou.”

“Dualit Mixer arrived with blades missing, I contacted customer care and they dispatched the parts by second class post, ummmm, not sure that really qualifies as customer care! Shame really because the product is good.”

“Shopping online with Barnitts must be the best I have experienced yet! Fast and efficient. Tracking of order was accurate and extremely helpful. I ordered late Monday evening and item was delivered Wednesday afternoon with the option of re-scheduling. From now on, I will go to Barnitts online as my first choice. Would definitely recommend.”

“Sadly, I had to wait for six weeks to get a delivery of a fork and spade that was 'in-stock' when I ordered it. Turns out the items I wanted weren't in stock after all and I didn't even get an apology when I queried why it was taking so long. They really need to sort out their customer service and be truthful about whether items are in stock or not.”
