“Unfortunately the items that we ordered were not suitable and we had to return them to your store, but I would like to say that we were more than happy with the service we received, the staff were most pleasent and helpful, we will most certainly be happy to use your service in the future.”

“The service we received from Barnitts was very good. The chair we ordered broke within hours of it being delivered. So whilst we are not happy with the goods, Barnitts staff have been very responsive. The chair has now been returned to the store and I am waiting a refund. I think you can only tell the true level of customer service in times when things have not gone quite as planned. And Barnitts have been”

“Excellent service both on the telepgone and delivery! I would not hesitate to buy from Barnitts and I will be doing so in the furture. My Kitchen bin was faulty.... they replace it and was very polite and efficient from start to finish. If only everyone was as pleasent for returning goods!”

“This is the second time I have used Barnitts for fire accessories. I found the size of fire grate I was looking for straight away on line (after I had traipsed round various shops first with no luck). Next time I need anything to do with fire accessories I will remember to look at Barnitts site first. My order arrived promptly and with no problems, and are of a reasonable price. “The product range on the website was very good. Having decided to purchase a companion set for our newly installed wood burning stove, I was very pleased with the quality of the product - it was excellent. I was kept informed of the delivery status at all times and the courier arrived in the designated time. Although the set required to be assembled, the instructions were very easy to follow. Would definitely recommend products from the Barnitts web site.”
